Perched upon an ocean bluff, this cozy Sea Ranch home offers dramatic views and a private hot tub for your next adventure with friends or family. Your group will love having easy access to the beach and local hiking trails. When you need a quiet evening at home, curl up on the sectional sofa while you have a movie marathon. Your four-legged family members will love running on the beach, or playing with other dogs at the Sea Ranch Dog Park located on the east side of Sea Ranch.
With the provided amenities passes, guests will have access to all three rec centers in Sea Ranch featuring amenities like pools and tennis courts. Just a little over a mile away, schedule a tee time at the Sea Ranch Golf Links for sunny days on the greens, or spend the afternoon in Gualala where you will discover art galleries and great local eateries like Trinks Cafe & Bakery and the Crab Shack, only two-and-a-half miles north. Beyond the adventures in the city streets or at sea, Sea Ranch offers a family-friendly environment to relax and get away from it all.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the āDamage Waiverā). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
