Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home. You will be given a code to access the lockbox on the front door.

✹ PARKING: You can park in the driveway or the two garages. We have an EV charging station. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage.

✹ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION: If you’re traveling to Big Bear with a group that is too large for Big Sky, this property is situated right next door to Sundance Lodge. Together, the 2 lodges provide accommodation for up to 24 guests.

Other Things to Note:
We participate in Big Bear’s “Good Neighbor Program.” This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement and will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear.
