Welcome to Mountain View Lodge #14!

This light and bright condo offers 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a loft and is conveniently located near SHARC and The Village Mall.
Enjoy the gorgeous views of the golf course when you choose to stay at this open, airy retreat.
The tongue and groove vaulted ceilings make this condo a showstopper!

The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has a new Queen bed and modern, updated linens complete with a TV/DVD for watching movies and a double closet to store your items.
At the top of the staircase you will find a spacious loft area supplied with 2 twin beds. There is a dedicated workspace for those that want to work while away from home. The Hi-speed Free Wi-Fi is perfect for work or entertainment.

The full bathroom downstairs has a tub shower combo with tiled surround complete with a glass enclosure.

The lower living area has an open floor plan with a fully stocked newly renovated kitchen, that looks over the living room and golf course view from the sliding patio door that leads to the deck space.
The living room has comfortable seating, a lovely fireplace for those cool Sunriver nights, and a flat screen TV.
The dining area is also in this open space with seating for 4 and the table also offers the amazing view from the patio sliding glass door.

The outdoor deck is a serene escape with a built in bench, perfect for reading, bird-watching, or just relaxing and taking a break.
The golf course views from the deck are stunning and a stargazers paradise at night.
There is also a gas grill for cooking up family favorites or a romantic dinner with a wonderful view.

Mountain View Lodge #14 is a wonderfully appointed condo that is sure to be a fan favorite!

Great location; Excellent support staff.

Located nicely to walk/bike to the Village with good food and coffee. Sunset staff was great support to meet our needs and answer questions and offer suggestions.

We really loved this place!It was the perfect size for our family, and close to everything.Loved having the bike paths right at our door, and having the SHARC literally across the street, so we were able to make good use of the included passes.We are definitely adding this to our favorites list as we expect to return here in the future.

We followed the suggested protocol to keep the condo as cool as possible and used the provided fans, but it did not help enough. The loft was even worse.

Thank you for your feedback. The listing does indicate that there is NO A/C. When booking for those summer months it is important to book in advance as only 35% of Sunriver homes have A/C. By booking early you have a better chance to get a preferred home with A/C. We do look forward to your next visit.

Nice little Condo

Thankfully it wasn’t extremely hot as it cooled down in the evenings so we could open windows. Unit doesn’t have A/C but has 2 fans to help cool down. It was great for our family being so close to the SHARC. Definitely a plus to have SHARC passes.

Unit was older than pictured. Stains on carpets and bedding was old. Noticed several moths flying out of several closets when opening it. Wifi did not work the whole time. Having to clean up when being charged a cleaning fee isnt fair. In addition, asking to tip the housekeeper is just selfish. Communication with host was quick.

Thank you for your feedback. The photos were taken just two years ago, so they are up-to-date. Carpets have been replaced since your visit. We are sorry you feel taking out the trash and starting the dishwasher is unfair. This is standard with ANY vacation rental you stay in. Cleaning fees do NOT go to the housekeepers. That covers wages, cleaning products, laundry, linens, and so much more. We hope you followed the instructions provided in the home regarding trouble with your wifi. We would have loved to assist you with the issue. We were just a phone call away.

Beautiful condo in a Perfect Location

Location was perfect. View of the golf course from the deck and SHARC is across the street (passes available with the rental) . Can't get any better than that. The village is a short bike ride/walk away. Very quiet and peaceful. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds with a beautiful new full bathroom-very convenient. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The condo was clean and airy with a lot of natural sunlight. The owners are very nice people who are very receptive to hearing feedback to help enhance the experience of anyone staying at their rental. We will definitely rent this condo the next time we visit Sunriver.

Good for one couple + friend

Note that the downstairs bedroom is a queen bed. Very centrally located. The view to the golf course was nice. Nice deck furniture, which is NOT pictured in the rental listing. SHARK passes are included but we did not use them. It is a short walk away.

Great location! Beautiful and quiet setting but uncomfy bed.

We had a great stay at this location and loved being so close to everything Sunriver has to offer. The passes to get into SHARC was a huge bonus for us plus it's directly across the street which was so convenient. My only complaint is that the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom was massively uncomfortable and none of the beds had mattress protectors on them so you could smell scent of the hundreds of people that have been absorbed into the mattress over the years- ew. If you have 2 people sleeping in the bed, you will both be rolling into the middle of the sag. Good quality sleep each night can make or break a vacation and it's worth investing in a good quality mattress for the guests. We probably won't be booking this location again for next year solely based on that but would love to if they upgrade the bed situation :)

Perfect Sunriver location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year staying MVL14 after staying at several other Sunset Properties locations. Perfectly situated near the SHARC and easy access to the Village and bike paths. Nice view of Mt.Bachelor and sunsets over the golf course. As my mother used to say, it has a "one butt kitchen" requiring some gymnastics to wash and load dishes, but it's fine for a few days. The full bath is adequate but your showers are limited by how slow the tub drains. No air conditioning or ceiling fans in the unit, which is fine in June or July when the evenings cool down enough to make sleeping comfortable. I'm going to book this location again.

I checked your reservation and I don't see that you let us know about the tub draining slow and we do have extra fans here in the office for those without air-conditioning. Great Condo and Location

Very nice condo and great location in SunRiver. Close to Sharc and Village. The condo is stocked and maintained well. The loft is great...very bright and roomy. No A/C but there were fans which kept it comfortable. The back patio is very relaxing and has great views of the golf course...however you don't feel like you are right on the course which is nice. The unit offers SHARC passes which is a really nice benefit. We were unable to use them due to smoke closure and capacity limits. It would have been nice to visit the SHARC but it was not a priority for us. If this is a priority for your family I encourage getting there early and planning your visit. Also, bring your own beach towels. Overall, this was a great condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Debbie we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The SHARC does cut their hours significantly after Labor Day. Sadly every day since your visit, the smoke from the Cedar Creek Fire has increased. Hopefully this will pass soon. The view of the golf course is a beautiful relaxing site. We hope that you and your family will visit again soon.

It's across the street from the SHARC, which my teenage son loved. We could hear one night the music coming from the concert, but not in an obnoxious way. It's a 7-8 min walk to the village and we enjoyed close proximity to the observatory, nature center and marina. The property is well-stocked, though next time I will be bringing my own supply of TP! It was worse than sandpaper. There is no a/c in the unit, but opening the loft windows at night kept everything comfortable (in late June). Would definitely book this location again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a great location. SHARC across the bike path and golf course out the backyard. Rental was clean and had all amenities we needed. The condo does come with two bikes, however, one bike is not really usable unless you’re comfortable riding a bike around that doesn’t have brakes. There are only two chairs on the patios with cushions. The other two chairs are really hard metal with no cushions. We brought extra chairs for that reason. There is no shade in the afternoon on the back patio. Plenty of passes for SHARC. Decent cooking supplies, one big fan and a smaller one upstairs.

Unfortunately, there was construction immediately outside our door for two of the days - our entire place was shaking with the equipment and too much noise for a nap. Disappointing. Everything else was great.
