Charming Coastal Cottage

Immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 full and one half-bath cottage. 1.5 blocks from the beach in Rehoboth by the Sea, a quaint, quiet and shaded residential neighborhood. Easy walk to Dewey and Rehoboth or jump on the open-air Jolly Trolley 1.5 blocks from house. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and fabulous outdoor space, including a wrap-around screened porch with dining and seating areas, and a large deck with ample seating and gas grill. Primary bedroom with en suite, guest room with queen bed, and bunk room with 6 built-in bunk beds each with an individual light and shelf with outlet for charging electronics. WiFi, AC/Heat, full size W/D, tankless water heater (no cold showers), and outdoor shower. Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Outdoor guest storage shed with courtesy beach chairs, cooler, and beach cart. Towels and linens are not provided.

Great for family vacation, friends' reunion, outlet shopping excursion, or romantic get-away. Come enjoy the beach, boardwalk, bike trails, restaurants and bars, and shopping or a relaxing day on the porch!

A wonderful beach house

An absolutely wonderful beach house just two blocks from Dewey beach. The beach house is fully stocked with most essentials you might need during your stay. The decor is both lovely and comfortable. For us it was perfect.WiFi was super speedy (600mbps upload; 180 mbps download)The owner’s communication was superb. Check-in and check-out was easy.We will stay there again the next time we are in Dewey Beach.

Wonderful! Would love to come back!

The home was in immaculate condition and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The whole family loved it. The location is perfect in the north end of Dewey in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent again when we return to Dewey!

Great Family Vacation

A week at the beach in this fantastic house was just what our family needed. Awesome house - even better than the photos. Perfect location with short walk to beach and close to Dewey (live music, water sports, sunsets) and Rehoboth (boardwalk, restaurants, shops). We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend this destination and this wonderful house!

Cozy Cottage Short Walk to Beach

The cottage was beautifully decorated with the exactly beachy feel we wanted. The owners thought of every last detail, so even the little things we forgot were covered. We loved having dinner and playing games on the screened in porch. And the location couldn't be better. Thank you for a great vacation.

Amazing rental spot

Our group loved the outdoor front porch space and utilized it the entire weekend. Beds are comfortable, super clean house, and great amenities. Walkable into Dewey! Definitely coming back.

Perfect in every way

The beach shack was more than we could have asked for! When we walked in we felt like we were home. Beautiful location and easy walk to the beach. Great Week!

Our family of six (two adults and four “kids” ages 16-20) had a wonderful stay at Brad’s house. It was a short (1.5 blocks) walk to the beach. There was a great outdoor shower for when we came back from the beach. The bunk beds/cubbies were fun and there were plenty of bathrooms! We would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Excellent beach cottage

Our family of four stayed here over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our family. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids, and our youngest liked that our primary bedroom was right next door. The kitchen was very well stocked and we really appreciated that the owners provided soaps, detergents, and paper goods for the kitchen and baths. This was a great experience and we’ll definitely return.

Fabulous

My family and I were fortunate to stay for a week in this lovely house in July. Plenty of space for all of us! We loved the screened in porch, the back yard and all of the thoughtful extras that Brad has provided for guests. The house is in a charming quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to Dewey and Rehoboth. Do not hesitate to rent this house, it is perfect!

Great beach house!

The house was perfect for our family vacation -- two grandparents, our son and daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. No surprises -- it was as advertised. The layout is excellent, it is very well equipped, and the location is terrific -- walking distance to Rehoboth and Dewey, and close to the beach. The owner was very responsive. All in all, we would definitely go back again.

Easter getaway

House was perfect for our family get away. Shared sink area w/ dual toilet in bunk room is genius! Home was well equipped for Easter dinner and plenty of room at the table. Weather turned out to be great, so we were even able to enjoy the large porch and side patio. Loved that there was enough seating in the living room. We piled in and watched a movie together every night. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home. Recommend 100%

Gorgeous, comfortable beach home with excellent location and parking.

Our family stayed at Brad’s beach during the 4th of July week. The home is upscale and perfectly decorated as well as fully stocked with all amenities for a family vacation. We feel in love with the location but also the home. It is tastefully decorated as an island home not just a place to stay. There is excellent parking and easy walking access to the beach. Brad and his wife are accessible and excellent communicators. During our stay, we had a small appliance issue and Brad drove that day to fix it. They are a professional couple and excellent to work with. We highly recommend this beach home and hope to return next year.

Beach Shack Dewey May Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The screened in porch was everything - packed a workout mat and dumbbells and the porch became my favorite place for early morning workouts and slow sips of coffee to follow enjoying the fresh air. 4 girls stayed in the bunk room and that room was a total win for them! Quick walks to the beach to picnic, build sand castles and fly kites. Shed with the wagon was a bonus to carry all of our stuff. Doable walk to the town of Dewey, even the kids didn't mind the walk. 4 adults, 4 children- House had plenty of space and was well stocked. We loved our time away. Our only complaint was time went by too fast, all the more reason to go back!

Wonderful home, host, and location!

We had an AMAZING family vacation here and loved this home! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. We loved the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the private outdoor shower, and the large patio, which is also well-stocked for outdoor entertaining. Each bunk bed has its own light and outlet and the Jack-and-Jill bathroom really came in handy! This was our first trip to Dewey Beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Both the neighborhood and the beach were quiet and family-friendly. The beach was just a short walk down the street and it was very convenient to have the wagon, chairs, and other outdoor items available in the shed. Restaurants and shops are easily within walking distance and there is a Jolly Trolley stop closeby. Brad was communicative, friendly, and provided lots of information about the house and the area. We truly were able to relax and feel at home here. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent cottage, perfect location!!

We had the best time at Brad and Kate's beautiful cottage! This cottage has a great layout, was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun family beach getaway. Kitchen was well stocked with great cookware, even a waffle iron and popcorn maker! We loved eating all our dinners on the screened in porch while multiple ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable even on the hottest of days. It was a short walk to the beach and the shed had bikes, beach cart, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards and sand toys. Having 2 outdoor showers made for quick clean up after a day at the beach. Best beach area, great waves and not crowded at all. The kids loved the bunk room, each had their own reading light and plenty of games and a wii for the one rainy day we had in our 2 week stay. Owners were so kind, gave us tons of info for all our inquiries and super responsive. We can't wait to come back to this little gem!!

Comfy beach house stay

Lovely spot to spend time with family and friends even during hurricane Ian. We read in front of the fire, took walks in the neighborhood and on the beach in between storm bursts and created delicious things to eat in their well stocked kitchen. Will definitely be returning to this gem.

AWESOME beach house!

Brad’s house is absolute perfection! Wonderful quiet neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The screened in porch is delightful and the outdoor space is so welcoming. The house is spotless clean and the decor is just perfect. The attention to detail is impeccable. This house is a gem and we can’t wait to plan our next trip to Dewey!

Perfect Beach Shack

We loved our family getaway at 112 Carolina St! The house is perfectly located on a quiet street between Dewey and Rehoboth allowing us to quickly venture into either area within minutes. The beach is less than 2 blocks away and relatively quiet considering how close you are to both towns. Our boys loved sleeping in the bunk room, such a perfect room for kids! My husband and I loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and happy hour. Our daughter and her boyfriend loved the home and being so close to the beach. The shack’s kitchen is tiny but mighty- fully stocked with anything you need to cook or bake! Brad is easy to get in touch with, quick to respond and extremely helpful. We loved this property!
