This is a 2 family house. Each unit rents separately for the week. The cost in the Calendar is the price per week for one of the units. The downstairs unit includes 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath and sleeps 11 people. The upstairs unit is 5 bedroom, 2 full bath and sleeps 13 people. Each unit has central air, separate outdoor hot and cold shower, gas B-B-Q grills, and patio furniture. Home has driveway. Plenty of street parking. Located half block to all stores which include: Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, Lenny's Pizzeria, Crab's Claw Restaurant, Bagel shop, Ice Cream and plenty of shopping. Leave your car parked and save on gas. Close drive to Seaside Boardwalk and Seaside Break Water Park. Each unit includes washer and dryer, microwave, cooking utensils, television with cable, dishes, glasses, silverware and dishwasher. All conveniences of your home. Tenants to bring their own bed linens and towels. Direct Beach Access!!!!

Awesome home!

We had a great stay here. Everything was awesome and very clean! My family enjoyed being here. We loved the ocean block location. It's a great area in walking distance to everything. This rental is really nice and clean. I highly recommend staying at this rental.

Excited to return! Very nice place!

We came last year in June for the first time after seeing this home on here. We booked again for this June and really excited to return. It's always nice to get away and stay at a nice place. We were in the first floor unit and the marble floors were absolutely gorgeous! We loved that the area is very quiet unlike Seaside. The beach is only a few steps away! Excited to return, I'm sure others will enjoy it as much as we did.

Coming back this year!

We came here last year in June after seeing the home on here. We booked again for this year. We are very excited! It is always wonderful to get away and stay at a nice place. We were in the first floor and it was absolutely gorgeous! I personally love the marble floors. We loved that it was in a quiet area unlike Seaside. Excited to return soon! Beach is only a few steps away too!

Jersey Shore Living at its Best

Last summer was our first time at the Jersey Shore. We rented this wonderful home which we found on homeaway. The owner was very helpful and honest with us, and made us feel comfortable with our many questions we had. Our family was impressed with the house and how clean and nicely kept the home was. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and stores. There is always something for everyone in the family to do. My family and I had the best time a lot of fun. This rental has a lot of space and room its very large. I would recommend this rental to families. We spoke to the owner and we will be returning this summer we are all very excited. Another fun summer is coming soon! This rental is nothing but the BEST at the Jersey Shore!

Very Clean

Very Clean, Sparkling Clean! We had a great stay! We were in the first floor unit. New, Clean, and Perfect! The granite work is so gorgeous. We already booked in for next year. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend.

Best Rental

The house is so beautiful both inside and out. It felt just like home inside. My Family and I had a wonderful stay together here. The location is the best in town very quiet on ocean block. Walking distance to everything. Very Private backyard with private shower and barbecue. We have memories with the family here that will last forever. This is truly our family escape and we will certainly be back!

Never Again

The location of the property is PERFECT. The furnishings, bathrooms, fixtures, not so much. We stayed on the lower level and could hear every footstep taken and every word spoken of the folks who rented above us. The rooms were odd at best (in one room you have to walk in and then close the door to move past one of the beds; in another, the headboard is a king and the bed a queen AND the window of this room fronts the other renters patio. If they hang out on the front patio, it's as if they are in the room with you. Yet another room has an exit going to the other renters outdoor shower and outdoor patio area). Very odd! Plastic covers on chairs and the kitchen table, cheap slip covers on the super old living room furniture, which wouldn't stay on. The place is super expensive and not even worth half of what you pay. Oh - and you pay all up front. To end on a positive note though, the location is absolutely fantastic.
