Dine at any of the nearby restaurants that offer local seafood and other menu items. And if you're looking for some family-friendly fun, head just two miles east to spend the day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park! Location. Location. Location. This was a great property.

The direct access to the gulf and Harbor Walk restaurants wonderful. Please note, I think this is mostly a family (mom, dad, uncle/aunt & kids) accomodation. Our guys are 100% experienced fishermen. We had a crew of six male adults. The location & accomcations is great, but the bedrooms aren't really set up for six adult male fishermen. We made it work, but it's definitely more of a family set up. The lower bunk-bedroom bedroom (very small bath/shower/toilet) is for the teens/kids and a little difficult for the adults. It was perfect for our group and I would highly recommend it for people who want to be out rather than inside. The boat slip was the absolute best. We never used the lift because we didn't need to and we weren't sure it was working. We were on the water at 5 am, took a break for lunch/rest midday, then came off the water at sunset, showered up and then took the boat to dinner. There was no need for a lift. The slip was GREAT. We had to rent an offsite parking for the trailer, but that's to be expected ($50/day).

Spring Break 2024

This townhouse was clean and well equipped. Guest services responded promptly via text messages and quickly resolved issues (needed propane for the grill). The location is awesome and convenient. It’s just a quick boat taxi ride and you’re at the harbor boardwalk where all the action is! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Really great stay in newly renovated townhome with nice cottage feeling right on the bayside in Destin. Good walking distance to super beach, especially Noriega point with crystal clear water. My only problem was getting into the place because the lockbox key code did not work properly and then trying to get hold of the vacasa call center was tooo long waiting on phone.

Urinated Bed was covered w Plastic in bottom floor!!! And needs many repairs also!!

It was on the Harbor and we liked to sit on the patio and grill food w the gas grill that was provided.

Perfect townhome in the Harbor

This is our 2nd time staying in this townhouse. We stayed last year and the best part was the boat lift. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in this year and it had been totally remodeled!! Loved everything about this place with the exception of the first floor bathroom. It’s definitely not safe for an older person. We had put my mother in law in the bottom floor bedroom and was very concerned for her safety. The drop off is literally 2ft from the toilet to the floor. That’s the only downfall to this place. If you have teens it’s not that much of an issue. Hopefully the new owners will address it in time. Love this place and location!! Will definitely be back. And the neighbors are super nice!

Good location

Rough start as there was miscommunication about a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The code we received via email was the wrong one however we received a new one quickly after sending a text. 2 hours after checking in the maintenance crew let themselves in and scared our teenage daughters as strange men walked into the unit. They left the ceiling open and a bag full of old drywall pieces in the kitchen. I believe they didn’t know we were checking in. They still could have rang the doorbell since my truck was in the driveway. There was a pillow that had what looked like blood on it. In the master bedroom there were dirty wash clothes left in the shower on the bench. A few small items was there was no plug for the kitchen sink to pre wash dishes. We only had two small dish towels. We had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper (we may have been told this but I didn’t see it). The garbage cans in the driveway smelled terrible and you could smell it without opening top. From a use perspective we loved the location and used the boat lift daily as this was the main reason for renting the unit.

GREAT WEEK ON THE HARBOR

NICE HOME WITH BOAT SLIP/ LIFT. OWNERS PROVIDED LILY PAD/ FLOATS/ CANOE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE WITH A BOAT. ALL OF THE BEST DINNER AND HANGOUT SPOTS ARE ONLY A FEW MINUTES BOAT RIDE AWAY.

Stunning Views

House and property was exactly as described. Took my Mom who is 85 and we enjoyed every moment. Very conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping entertainment for families and spas. Norriego Point is walking distance but super easy to go to Calhoun Beach Trail near the Backporch by car if you’re taking lots of beach “gear.” Beautiful sunrises and sunsets viewed from the privacy of one of three balconies and/or decks. Great boat dock and lift if you are bringing your boat! This property is clean, quiet, perfect! Sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and enjoy!

Perfect spot!

This location is unbeatable! Very short boat ride to Crab Island and restaurants. The condo was clean and has all the amenities needed. Easy boat parking (kept trailer at Adventure Marine). We would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Great location. Great outdoor space to watch the boats go by and a few dolphins. The property was as pictured. We will book again.

Looks great at first, but poor workmanship...several issues..

The property is on a beautiful location where we could watch dolphins and pelicans from the balcony. While we enjoyed our time here visiting family, for the price of what we spent we did not feel it was worth what we paid for considering the many issues we dealt with: 1. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground level, through the garage at the back of the house and has an exterior door to the back yard. We did not feel comfortable letting young kids sleep there, and would have gone with a different property if we had realized this ahead of time (that's our mistake though). Also the bathroom for that bedroom is under the stairs, and is very small. There is not enough room for a grown man to sit on the toilet because the wall is so close to the toilet, it's only big enough for children to use. 2. One of the master bathroom sinks leaked. It went through the cabinets and made a large puddle on the floor. When we looked at the plumbing, the plumbing looks cheaply done, and there is plumbers putty and sealant in the cabinets behind the towels so it seems like it is a recurrent problem. A maintenance worker came by and fixed the leak, however they left the soaked towels in a pile in the shower. 3. When we pulled a towel off of the towel rack in the master bath, the rack came off the wall. This wasn't an aggressive yank, just a normal taking a towel off a rack motion...we tried to put the towel rack back together and could not. Also the shower floor is not sloped properly, so it pools a bit in one corner instead of draining properly. The sink in the other bedroom also drains slowly while the kids were washing their hands or brushing their teeth. 4. The toaster caught on fire when we tried having bagels the first morning there. When we inspected it, the heating elements on the inside were broken. It was replaced, but with another broken toaster. We didn't bother reporting the second broken toaster though. 5. The window by the laundry room leaked when it rained. My family and I enjoyed our time here, but will choose a different property next time due to the many maintenance issues.

Misleading at best.

Before check in, we were notified there was a leak in the garage so maintenance tore a whole in the ceiling of the garage to repair leak. In the garage, not a problem. When we arrived we learned you had to walk through the garage to access 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is far from habitable. We found spiders and bugs in that room. The bathroom was a joke. You had to step up 10 inches to get to the toilet. Then step sideways around the toilet to access the shower. Your knees hit the wall in front of you when using the toilet. The view of the harbor is good but the listing was misleading at best. It advertised 3 bdrms when only 2 were habitable. Very, very disappointed with our stay.

Came in for a week with family. Had an awesome time! This condo is super clean and accommodating. Great location!! Easy in and out of the harbor If you have a boat. Neighboring condo owners very friendly. We will be back!

Great place for boaters

The house was clean and well decorated. We made full use of the boat lift and everything about the place was super convenient, could not be a better location. We will definitely try to make the trip again some day.
