We are a top floor unit of a four-story building with an elevator within steps of our condo.

We have a social membership at the club that allows you access to the restaurant in the grand clubhouse, junior-Olympic size swimming pool (it's big!), spa, and state-of-art fitness center. All of these amenities are within easy walking distance from the condominium. I have a complete set of golf clubs which is available to my renters.

Beaches and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive from our condo. I enjoy eating at Finn's and many other great eating establishments in downtown Venice. We have a list of restaurants in our condo

Our home is fully furnished and includes a 14-foot cathedral ceiling in the living room, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms which sleeps six with our queen size pullout sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with all updated appliances. You won’t be disappointed!
