Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your stay. We’re happy to hear you had a nice time and found the location great. We looked through our marketing photos and listing for this unit and no where do we have a grill listed or pictures of a grill. We also checked the accuracy and we have twins listed in the 3rd bedroom. We will forward your comments to our Ops team to assess. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Tom, we are happy to know that you loved the location of East Pass 605, a 3-bed/2.5-bath penthouse condo. Please accept our apology for the master bedroom not being cooler. We would have been more than happy to send someone to come to try and resolve any issues related to the AC unit had we been made aware during your stay. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Judy, We are sorry that your vacation was not what you'd hoped. There was a power outage in the area which resulted in no electricity. Our records do not indicate that you reached out to us with any other issues. We wish you would have reached out with any other problems you experienced. We would have done everything we could to make it right. We hope that you were able to enjoy some time on our beautiful beaches.

April, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your vacation. We're glad to hear that the condo itself was beautiful and well-maintained. However, we regret to hear about the issues you experienced with the door code and the resulting inconvenience. We hope you will join us again soon, and we'll work to ensure a smoother experience. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Matthew, please accept our apology for your dissatisfaction with your stay. It is always the intention of RealJoy to provide excellent customer service to our guests while staying with us and in reviewing your reservation information we can see that you felt we missed that mark. We do apologize regarding the inoperability of the tub in the master, unfortunately the repair could not be scheduled prior to your arrival to make it available to you. We also apologize that the level of AC cooling was not to your satisfaction. We had multiple companies provide service calls during your stay, when you allowed them access, and all noted the units working properly. We wish we would have been able to do something else to make your stay more comfortable, or that you had been receptive to our offer to have fans delivered, and hope that you at least found some enjoyment during you vacation. We are optimistic that the amount refunded to you was received as expected.
