Newly remodeled three bedroom water front home with pool, hot tub, and outdoor pergola seating area with heater and grill. Entire house is surrounded by decades old Palm Trees. Perfect for relaxing by the lake. Bright and clean home with great location close to HEB and Marble Falls. Quiet cove on constant level lake. Three kayaks and a stand up paddle board (SUP) are included for cruising around the lake and fishing. Boat slip can be made available for use as well.

Very nice getaway

This property was the best stocked property (amenity wise) we have stayed at. It was as pictured, very nice area, right on a quiet part of the lake. Very good communication from owners. We really enjoyed our stay and already looking at dates to stay again.

Eclipse stay

Great stay, within path of totality, clouds cleared just in time for a great view. No complaints. Has a nice large clean grill for cooking out by the pool.

Nice getaway spot

We really enjoyed this location. Nice and peaceful. House has everything you need for a relaxed stay on the lake. Family really enjoyed the pool and the patio. Location is close to boat rentals and boat ramps if that is what you need. Owners are quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We had a great time, thank you!

WINTER SUN AND FUN

We had a great time at the Granite Shoals Property! The view is spectacular, the lake and road are quiet. The home provides everything you could want for a relaxing weekend.. cute porch lights, propane heater, hot tub and pool! Great towels, dishes, utensils- and thank goodness a frozen pizza for two hungry girls!! Thanks for everything!

Granite Shoals Gem

I am not much for getting in the lake, so having a pool was important to me, and it is a beautiful pool with hot tub and the lakeview is a bonus! My husband and I had 3 teen boys with us and they loved the kayaks. The neighbor down 3 houses has a boat rental company and we got a lilly pad from him and those boys had a great time! The house is super comfortable and we all felt right at home, one night watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre all piled in the den! The location is about as central as you can get, it's an easy drive to Kingsland or to Marble Falls. We hope to come again soon. Thanks to such gracious hosts for sharing their home!

Lovely house and pool.

Lovely house and pool. Communication was good. Pool had some kind of issue, but it was usable. Owner was responsive to my inquiries and worked diligently to remedy the issue so that pool was pristine and sparkling by the 2nd morning. Nice outdoor sitting area. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house. Cove was fine for boating and nice for kayaking, , but it is shallow and mossy so not good for lake swimming/floating. Of course, there is a pool. We enjoyed the kayaks and SUP; but we forgot to bring water shoes. You either step or scoot onto a kayak or SUP off a ledge or step down into the lake. Location-wise there's not much in Granite Shoals, but we liked being halfway between Kingsland and Marble Falls. We boated to Boat Town Burger Bar and to Wake Point. We liked being able to drive or boat either direction. This is the ownersā€™ vacation home so it is well stocked.

Perfect in Every Way

We had a wonderful vacation and a lot of it had to do with this home. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and relaxing watching the water. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. We lazed away in the den enjoying a few movies. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed the lake. The kids had fun kayaking. We had no complaints and wanted for nothing. A perfect vacation.

Quiet Escape

A simple escape and time away avoiding crowds after some long months confined at home A quiet comfortable relaxing family Thanksgiving get together by the waters edge. Although the weather was chilly the pool and hot tub were most inviting. Lovely grassy area for the grandchildren to run and play safely. The host was most accommodating for all our needs. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. A visit to the Caverns and Inks Lake close by and an evening taking in the twinkling lights in Marble Falls and Johnson City to put us in the Christmas Spirit. Happy fun memories were made.

Second stay at this wonderful house and ready to book again. Canā€™t get enough. Great location with beautiful groomed grassy backyard and pool & hot tub overlooking lake. House had everything youā€™d need. Comfy beds and cozy couch. Owner was top notch and super easy to communicate with. This is our familyā€™s #1 favorite spot to stay on Lake LBJ. Thanks Michael

Absolutely one of our top homes weā€™ve stayed at in Lake LBJ!

House was absolutely top notch! Very clean, Comfortable couches, comfy beds, very well stocked, pool was exceptional, great location on lake in quiet cove. Grandkids just about lived in the pool. Fabulous long weekend!!

What a beautiful home! We had the best time relaxing, hot tubbing and kayaking! The host was VERY helpful and hospitable! We spent time exploring the area and shopping in Marble Falls also. And of course, had a meal at the famous Bluebonnet CafƩ! We will definitely keep this property at the top of our list!
