Located on Kona's main strip, Alii drive, this unit gives you a million dollar view in a luxurious, well-appointed setting. Take in the magic of the island, all from your oceanfront lanai. Watch sea turtles sun bathe in the tidal pool below or look out for whales and dolphins (in season) dancing in the turquoise water. Watch the surfers on the world-famous Banyans Surf break during the day and enjoy stunning sunsets at dusk. Then, fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves below your oceanfront master bedroom.

Fully renovated in December 2020, this amazing condo features:
• Oceanfront private lanai with 180° of breathtaking views
• Oceanfront master bedroom with Cal King Casper memory foam bed and ensuite bath
• Oceanfront living room with Lazyboy Queen sleeper sofa
• Guest bedroom with Queen Casper memory foam bed, smart TV and private bath
• Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cookware
• Split 24K BTU AC unit plus 4 ceiling fans and 2 tower fans
• 43 in smart TVs both in main living area and guest bedroom. Free Netflix. Free WIFI. Free reserved parking.
• Complex pool, hot tub, BBQs
• Convenient trolley ($2) in front of complex taking you to shops and restaurants

NOTE: for long term stay over 30 days, mid stay cleaning is required and to be scheduled by owner. The additional charge will be added AFTER booking is confirmed.

Make yourself at home in our condo for your vacation as you explore the island's eleven micro-climates, beaches of many colors, best snorkeling in all of Hawaii, the coffee plantations on the slope of the world's largest volcano and the breathtaking heights (literally) of the tallest sea mountain in the world, the history and sights of Kealakekua bay, the dazzling views of the Waipi'o valley and the fiery glow of Kilauea. The Big Island is a marvel of diversity that surprises and enchants at every turn, dry and vast one moment, deep green and lush the next. This is the perfect place to explore it from, just a twenty minute drive from the Kona airport. Only one caution: you may have a hard time pulling yourself from the lanai and the mesmerizing sights, sounds and smells it presents!

Great spot outside of downtown Kona, reasonably priced and you cannot find a better view. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and was so nice having a washer and dryer! Definitely recommend

Christie the host was very welcoming and helpful. The condo had all needed amenities and was nice that it already had laundry detergent for the washer too! Kitchen was fully stocked utensils, pots and even a few spices. Condo even with the AC on can get a little hot at times in the afternoon with the sun baking on you as it goes down but I mean - the sunset and ocean right there sure makes up for it. Great stay overall!

We chose this condo because it promised great views and the sounds of the ocean. Boy did it deliver!! We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves, and the view cannot be beat!! The check in process was super easy and communication with the host was great.

Honestly, the view makes everything else secondary, not that the condo wasn't near perfect too. The first day a full semicircle rainbow touched down in the ocean right between the two palm trees off our lanai. Welcome to the Big Island!The unit itself is clean, attractive, comfortable and well appointed. Our very responsive host, Christie, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Watching the nearby surfers, a pod of dolphins, photographic sunsets, and the magical waves kept us on the lanai morning and evening. Parking at the complex is very convenient, and the unit's location is only minutes away from shopping and restaurants - with Da Cocoshack downstairs serving some tasty sandwiches. Our only recommendation is to be prepared as the beautiful surf can also be a bit boisterous at night depending on sea conditions.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the ocean sound & view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The unit itself was clean, cool, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The owner, Christie, was wonderful to work with — friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and stress-free. We could not have asked for a better experience! All 5 of us were very pleased with out short stay. Large enough deck for all of us to hang out and enjoy coffee in the morning, and beautiful sunsets each evening. Kitchen was well stocked and owner was very resonsive with a few quick questions we had.

Amazing corner of relaxation

You will find Christie's home neat and tidy, well stocked, with delightfully comfy furniture and beds and an amazing view. Close to shopping, restaurants, farmers market, and beaches. Communicating with Christie is easy, and I would definitely rent her condo again.

Beautiful location

We needed a place for a couple nights, this place was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was easy to communicate with, easy to reach. The location is convenient and right on the ocean. The instructions were detailed and easy to understand. The ocean view from the lanai is amazing. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings listening to the ocean waves. The tide pools below were fun to explore-we even saw a turtle. We were sad to leave after only a couple days. We would definitely come back!

Great views!

Great property with great views! Perfect for a family of four. Enjoyed sitting and watching the sun rise and set. Loved seeing the fish and turtles in tide pools below.

The condo in an excellent location oceanside along Ali’i Drive in South Kona. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. A popular pokey shack is on site and 2 clean gas grills are available for guest use. Undercover parking is a real plus. There is no beach but Magic Sands is just 2 minutes away. This roomy 2-bed/2-full bath unit is located on the third floor close to the elevator. It’s been updated in a comfortable casual style and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer were in good working order. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable. You will hear some noise in this rental as the windows and glass doors appear to be original. The second bedroom overlooks the pool while the living area and master front the ocean. The surf can be loud at times and will wake up a light sleeper. Noise-canceling earbuds were helpful. But the best feature of the unit is the large balcony overlooking the lava tide pools and the rolling ocean. There is a nice table for outdoor dining and 2 lounge chairs here. The views and sunsets are fantastic. It was fun watching the surfers ride the waves too. Finally, we found host Christie to be the best VRBO host we ever encountered. She answered our inquiries promptly and resolved all issues that arose (non-working access code, missing pool key and broken A/C) immediately. In short, this is a nice rental unit in a good location with responsive owner.

Spectacular views!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, and updated condo with a spacious lanai conveniently located a short drive away from local shops and restaurants. The views are spectacular, you could not be closer to the ocean. We enjoyed watching the surfers, spotting sea turtles, and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We’d definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Christie!

A Gem

We loved staying here. The joy of sitting on the balcony watching the waves cannot be adequately described. We also loved having the master bedroom in the front so that we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Christie was quick to communicate with us when we had any questions. We will be back next year.

Great location, beautiful view

Had a pretty busy schedule so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the property, however the view out of the bedroom window and balcony was spectacular with phenomenal sunsets. Great communication, nice layout, and good location. We weren’t able to print out the parking pass ahead of time and being busy made it slightly painful to get that done with no available copies in the room. (Not a big deal and everything worked out fine). Thanks for a great stay!

Better than advertised!

Upon searching for an oceanfront place to stay in Kona, I found multiple properties but kept coming back to this one. It checked all the boxes...good reviews, on the ocean, reasonably priced, convenient location, pool, and so many amenities inside the unit. I booked this for 4 adults (2 couples) and was a little nervous that we would arrive and it wouldn't be as nice as it appeared in the listing. We were very happy with the size and space for all of us, especially the huge ocean side lanai. It was exactly as advertised, and one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. Christie was great with communication, and we checked in and out with no issues at all. The security of a covered parking lot and seeing the building manager on site daily was a plus. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Oceanfront private lanai is the best!

The property is in a great location and has an amazing private lanai with a postcard-worthy view of the ocean framed by palm trees. It is a beautiful sight to wake up to and offers lovely sunset dinners. The condo has been expertly decorated and updated with a beautiful modern kitchen and comfortable living room and two bedrooms. The closet in the second bedroom is fully stocked with beach supplies, which was an added bonus! Christie was prompt with communication and quick to fix any issues that arose. Highly recommend this property and Christie was an excellent host! Mahalo!

Great view 24x7

Unit was clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Unit equipped reasonably well compared to others we have had. Good communication with owner. Close to elevator for those who need it. Easy parking. Check propane levels at grill’s before planning a meal. Whales and turtles are easily spotted from Lani. Suggest KTA grocery (make left as you leave parking garage 4miles or so) Take Kona Trolley to town $2pp each way. Stopped in front of condo. Would definitely recommend unit and go back again.

Everything we needed plus fantastic view!

We appreciated all the timely communication Christie provided both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We experienced wild and wooly weather while there and the power went out for a short time. Christie was in communication with me during this time providing me with information on where to gather supplies if needed. We really appreciated this. The unit is in a fabulous location on the third floor (we love Kona Bali Kai). We spent a LOT of time on the lanai watching the sunrise with coffee in hand AND in the evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. This unit’s lanai is perfectly situated so that the palm trees do not block your views. It has a table and chairs as well as 2 loungers. The king bed was super comfortable. You can hear the roar of the ocean waves (there were king tides while we were there) so this may comfort you or you may need earplugs. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed including a Mr. Coffee maker. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. We loved the little rocky beach on the south side of the building. We watched the surfers and a few turtles swimming around the little bay. Perfect to take the beach chairs and cooler without driving to a crowded beach. Thank you, Christie, for a wonderful stay!
