Another Day in Paradise with Spectacular Oceanfront View of Kailua Bay

Probably one of the finest direct ocean views in all of Kailua-Kona. This 3rd floor unit looks straight over the ocean and Kailua Bay. Watch the whales breeching and the Spinner dolphins spin. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets. Watch the Ironman triathlon swimmers race for the turnaround buoy straight out front!

This 2 bedroom,2 bath unit has been tastefully upgraded. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser. Dishwasher and front loading washer and dryer. Bedrooms have flat-screened wall mounted remote televisions. High-end tropical furnishings throughout. There is no A/C but the ocean breeze and numerous fans keeps the unit comfortable.

Sea Village amenities include ocean side swimming pool and spa, 4 BBQs and picnic benches with ocean views in a tropical setting. The onsite coffee cafe, Green Flash, offers a great start to the day. Sea Village is also ideally located to restaurants and shopping within a short 1 mile walk to downtown Kailua-Kona. Kona has some of the best boating, sport fishing, snorkeling and diving, surfing, golf all within a few minutes.

Included in the condo is free wireless internet, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, cooler, sand mats, beach towels, everything you could need for a fun time!

We were having such a great time on the Big Island, we decided to extend our trip and luckily found a few days available at this condo. We reached out to Anne and Don to confirm it was still available and they were kind enough to block it off until we confirmed our new flights and car rental extension. They were so communicative during the whole process. The condo was lovely, especially the view and the new kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay and for our beach days. Fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive. Great location, clean and spacious condo. About a mile walk into town. If we are lucky enough to return to the island, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Wonderful stay, had everything we needed plus some, great hosts, great location, very busy area but walk about 1 mile to downtown and 5 minute drive to the beach. No beach/water to get in front of the unit, it’s all rock and the water is rough. And only thing to be aware of and mentioned in the listing, no AC, a little warm in the unit during the day but sleeping in the bedrooms was cool enough with all the fans going.

This is a very nice, spacious condo with an incredible lanai directly overlooking the ocean. We were able to see dolphins and a manta ray from it, and enjoyed eating meals there. Parking is convenient being close to the stairs leading to the unit. Although we didn’t use them, there was a wide variety of beach gear. I especially appreciated that cleaning supplies were readily available, as well as a washer and dryer. I would have easily given the unit 5 stars except that there were a few things in the kitchen that I was unhappy with. The good news is that they could be easily addressed and resolved. The only other challenge was the remotes for the TV - something that should have been intuitive, but was not. The sound of the ocean is quite loud in the living room which made it hard to hear the TV. It was a small price to pay for the benefits of the proximity. The unit was well maintained and comfortable. The pool was very nice, and everyone seemed to enjoy being in it. If you turn left or right, there are many fun adventures outside your door.

This condo was beautiful inside and out! It had all the amenities we needed, and the views from the patio were majestic! The water was beautiful and the weather was perfect every night we stayed. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was as expected, with lots of little enhancements that made the time there more enjoyable....things like binoculars and snorkel gear. The owners were quite responsive throughout our stay.

Saw Manta Rays from the lanai!

Wonderful apartment and location. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were able to see manta rays on multiple nights from our lanai (balcony).

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

Everything exceeded expectations. Can’t beat the view and the location. And the condo is well stocked with gear, games, and travel guides. When the water is calm, there is nice snorkeling right below the balcony. At least for us, no AC, no problem. Just keep the windows open and ceiling fans running. Three flights of stairs, no problem. It makes for a great view and helps work off all the great food up and down Ali’i Dr. And the owners are just a text or email away to answer any questions.

Happy camper

The place was perfectly located and everything we needed was there.ONLY downside was I didnt know there wasn’t an elevator until I read the reviews. I have a fused back and stairs were a bit challenging. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t return but for the younger (Im74) this is a great condo and the owner was easy to work with. Cheers from N Cal

Very clean and well appointed condo. Had everything we needed. Highlight was the Lanai which offered awesome seaviews. Went sleep every night to the sounds of waves on the rocks.

Excellent unit in an excellent complex

The unit is clean, spacious, and located within a well-kept complex (Sea Village) with numerous amenities available. Not much else could be wanted! Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient, and all logistics were simple and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Location!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was excellent....crashing waves just below the lanai. Less than a mile from the action in downtown Kona but far away enogh to be peaceful. Exactly as expected based on listing.

Great Stay

Absolutely a great view and proximity to the sea.Exactly as advertised..Unfortunately there was some construction going on during our stay, but not a deal killer.Would have been nice to have a little sugar and shampoo for the first morning, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.A lot of stairs for folks with mobility issues.

Die Bilder entsprachen der FeWo. Wir hatten kurzfristig Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter wegen Checkin Informationen und 2 weiteren Kleinigkeiten-das hat anstandslos und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft direkt am Meer und war sauber und hatte mehr als gewöhnliche Utensilien (Sonnenliegen, Schnorchel, etc.). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
