We are a couple that we really enjoy our home. We love to enjoy a good movie in the comfort of our home or an exquisite dinner anywhere. Comfort and perfection is important to us. We love to travel! We will make sure that you do not miss anything when choosing our home;)

Upon entering the Condominium, the first thing you see is the incredible view of the Ocean from the door of the house, and the further you go inside it, the closer you get to the sea.
You can be preparing your favorite breakfast and have a spectacular view of Banderas Bay, or have a coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins play or the whales jump; or if you prefer, have a glass of wine watching the sunset. All this from one of the balconies.
Just as you can contemplate different views from each balcony of the house.

From every corner of the Condominium you can hear the pleasant and relaxing sound of the ocean.

In addition to seeing the beauty of the ocean, the beach, the mountains, the river and the entire port, from practically all the rooms and of course, from all the balconies.

Luxury:

The condo is decorated with very high quality furniture, appliances, linens, cooking utensils .... etc. At all times you can see and feel the quality and it is decorated and equipped to make you feel at home and do not miss anything.

Spaces:
1. The master bedroom has a spectacular view from the left side of the bedroom, you can enjoy an incredible view of the Bay and the wonderful ocean. In front of the main bed you will be able to contemplate how the sun rises from the mountains of the Sierra Madre. You can enjoy these views from the sliding glass doors of the bedroom, or from the spacious living room (inside the room), or from the balcony or even better, from the King Size bed.
Spaces:
Also included in the master bedroom is a 55 "smart tv, a Roku player and a cable TV box.

There is a spacious bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi which is reached through the walking closet that separates the bedroom from the bathroom.

2. The second room has a double bed and a bunk bed that in turn has a double bed and two single beds. For a total of 4 beds in this room and its own private bathroom and a very spacious closet. The views are to the river and the mountains of the Sierra Madre. It has a 55 "flat screen TV and a Roku player.

3. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, and a window with a beautiful view of the ocean and the complex's infinity pool. It also has its own private bathroom. Also included is a 55 ”flat screen TV and Roku player.

4. The fourth bedroom has a king sizes bed, it is an interior bedroom that does not have a view. It has a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

You will have an incredible vacation in our condominium, the condo offers a spectacular sight, a breathtaking sunset and the decoration is amazing. I promise that you will feel at home.

Puerto Vallarta is incredible. The easiest thing is to get PV, to get to the Condo, and to stay at the Condo ... The hardest thing will be for you to leave jajajajajaja. =)

You need to provided additional informacion by email: names of all the people that will stay at the property, vehicle information and ID of the responsable, all that info will be send to the HOA and will be totally confidential.
