Grand Venetian

The place was very nice and the view from the deck was amazing. There was a lot of room at the pool and beach. We were there over New Years eve, and you could see the fireworks around the entire bay.

Family and friends stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of January. First I must thank Haniel. He was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. He also set us up with a private chef. Thelma checked us in and out of the condo. She also was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions. These 2 made it very easy for us. The condo itself was great for us. The views alone are worth staying here. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets every day. The balcony is large and can accommodate everyone. The unit was clean but did show some signs of age. Nothing that would keep us from coming back. Must mention that the main living room and kitchen does not have A/C. The bedrooms do have A/C but the 2 back bedrooms are joined to one A/C and the front 2 bedrooms are on another A/C. This was a little bit of an issue as some like their rooms cooler than others do, but we made it work. As far as the Grand Venetian, the pools are great, the staff are great, and it’s well maintained. Great location! This is the only place we have returned to several times. In all we had a great time and would recommend this unit if you have a need for 4 bedrooms.

Great for our group!

The views are stunning. Located close to stores and 3 really good restaurants. About an 18 minute walk to a really good grocery store. Pool area was fun, always found chairs and umbrellas for our group of 5. Only complaint - The cookware needs to be replaced. Property manager is really great.

Beautiful place

The only thing you need to know is that one air conditioner runs two rooms. But it worked out fine for our group. Beautiful condo with lots of space for everyone.

College reunion

What a beautiful and well appointed condo. The pool and views are great. Rosy who helped use check in and took care of one small problem was wonderful. Hope to stay her again.

Hurricane Stay 2023

We stayed at this property during the hurricane Lidia on the 11 Oct 2023. We were never worried it felt unsafe in this well built condo. We were well looked after by the property managers.

Beautiful 4 BR Condo

Recently stayed at this condo for 5 nights with family the first week of October (4 couples). The 4 BR unit was as described and is beautifully decorated with all the amenties you need. Each room has its own private bath and the living area is large and spacious with beautiful views of the city, beach and pool. This was our 2nd stay at the Grand Venetian and I highly recommend. Very safe location and a quick uber ride to the city. Also within walking distance to a very nice outdoor mall right next door. Don't hestiate to book this unit!

60th Birthday Celebration

A surprise gathering of 10 friends. This condo is awesome and we all had the best time. So much space for each of us. The view off the 26th floor deck was beautiful. Needed to contact the owner a few times and our small things we needed were addressed immediately. Great beach and pools, bar and restaurant for when we wanted. Also cooked in the kitchen and had access to laundry. Cannot wait to book this place again.

Gorgeous Condo with Incredible View

Property and location were stunning, but overall cleanliness was not the best and supplies were low. Manager was quick to respond to our requests and any concerns we had along the way. Fridge and AC weren’t working properly when we arrived and condo needed a vacuum and floor scrubber, but not sure Mexico has those amenities available for staff. The view from floor 26 was absolutely incredible and perfect for our two families with all 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Family vacation

We took the kids and grandkids for their Christmas gift this year. We stayed in March which is a lovely time to visit PV. The condo is amazing for a family. With four bedrooms and each had their own bathroom made it so comfortable for all of us. Quiet enough for babies to sleep (or not sleep) and not bother the rest of the family. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. We used the grocery service which I highly recommend. She did a great job picking out produce and also anticipated other items that I might need according to what I requested. The fee is nominal and the time saver is invaluable! There is a grocery store a ten minute walk away. The view is extraordinary! We watched whales, boats, birds and nightly fireworks. Never heard any noise from neighbors above below or next door. Everyone on the property were very nice and friendly. Highly recommend the beach club for drinks and food service. Good quality and very reasonably priced. Loved the pools and they are especially great for small children as we had two toddlers. The sun shelf’s made it so easy for them to play in the water and anyone with mobility issues while appreciate the gradual slope from shallow to deeper water. Hot tubs were enjoyed also. The beach is so fun and active. If your a people watcher you’ll be busy all day. Parasail right out front get a massage on the beach go fishing or whale watching right there too. Many parachutes came down daily landing right in front of the pool. So much fun!

Party of 10 Review

We initially booked out stay for 8 persons 9 months prior to our visit. Our party of 8 turned into a party of 10, as our friends ending up bring three of their minor children, rather than one. We knew that the penthouse could sleep up to 12, as it had 4 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 double beds. It honestly didn't cross my mind to check the listing when we added two more persons to our itinerary as we knew how many bedrooms and beds there were and that we had enough room for all. It wasn't until we were asked to email the persons that were staying in the unit the day prior to our arrival that it became an issue--again, this was absolutely my fault. We were, however, told that HOA rules would only allow up to 10 persons, not 12 (which was fine as we only had 10 person total anyway) but that I was going to have to pay $720 for the additional 2 children that we were bringing. VRBO says to always make payment through the app, but I was told that I would need to pay the $720 in cash at check in. I didn't want my reservation to be canceled and felt I had no choice. The refrigerator never worked properly and we couldn't use the freezer nor did we have ice our entire visit. The listing also needs to be updated to reflect that there is only AC in the bedrooms. MAJOR problem. I was told I would be refunded my $400 in electricity fees if I wrote a review. I am waiting. I expect more when I pay this much for a penthouse. We have stayed before at Grand Ven.
