Villa Alba is a charming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Alba you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Alba is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Asciano, where you will find restaurants and shops.
You will reach Villa Alba from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Alba, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The units are part of a seventeenth-century hamlet, made up of a noble villa, a church and a cluster of houses surrounded by the splendid Tuscan countryside.


The farming estate covers more than 1000 hectares (2470 acres) in the hills near Siena, in the "Crete Senesi," distinct landscape of almost-lunar clay hills interspersed with green cultivated fields and cypress-lined lanes. You will be in the middle of the most famous and celebrated Tuscan scenery! Every season brings its own hues and beauty.


The farming estate grows organic wheat, extra-virgin olive oil, and cereals for its own livestock, including the famed Chianina cattle breed, which you can enjoy in the farm’s own restaurant (open only to guests of the complex, by reservation).


The villa and the hamlet have been beautifully renovated into comfortable vacation houses, preserving the traditional architectural elements of the stone and brick buildings. There is a reception with staff available for anything you need. At the reception is also available a spacious, welcoming salon with sofas and a fireplace, as well as a computer with internet available for guests’ use.


Each apartment has its own private terrace space, in addition to the ample, tended gardens with tables and seating areas scattered about the estate (shared with other guests). There is a sizable sparkling swimming pool, a tennis court and a well-equipped children's playground, shared with other guests, as well as romantic panoramas to enjoy. Guests appreciate the timeless beauty and tranquility of the estate and the relaxing atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to unwind, read a book and enjoy a glass of local wine at sunset.


Hikers will enjoy the many marked trekking trails that meander around the estate and the nearby countryside and cyclists like the challenge of the hills.


The little church of the hamlet has been consecrated and Mass is held every Sunday at 11 a.m.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Crete Senesi. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 8.30 am to 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Crete Senesi and of the surrounding countryside. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery and of the hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas. There is a big fireplace. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room through a corridor. Here you will find a game table. The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room through a corridor. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks. Here you will also find a washing machine.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming, and include two sofas. Here you will find a pool table. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery.
