Right on the beach! Over-sized windows offer panoramic views of the ocean from every room. You can even check out the surf from the comfort of your bed. The second floor kitchen, dining and living spaces all open to the wrap-around deck, offering a view in all directions.
A spacious primary bedroom with king bed and additional guest bedroom with queen bed are on the second floor, with a full bath. Downstairs, an additional living space is perfect for guests, with two sleeping spaces: one formal bedroom with queen bed, one full bed in the common space, and a full bath. Outside, near the hot tub is a convenient outdoor shower.
The upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside, but easily accessed by the double staircase just outside. After a full day on the beach, warm your bones in the hot tub or get cozy by the wood fireplace.
House has one parking space in front. Additional vehicles will need to park on street.
Gas Grill. EV Charger. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Full sized Bed.
