Welcome to Boss Beach! Conveniently located just 0.2 miles south of the Garden City Pier. Gorgeous interiors and fabulous unobstructed Ocean Front views. This home just might permanently raise the standard for your future vacations. After you see the four bedrooms, sunshine-filled living room, and fully-equipped kitchen, you will likely not settle for anything less. This home is ideally situated in Garden City Beach just south of Surfside Beach. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Great family setup

Our family had an amazing time. The weather was awesome. The beach was beautiful and the house was a perfect set up for us to enjoy our vacation. Loved having the two living rooms for the kids to take a break from the sun.

Week before bike week! 2025

9 of us stayed a week 5/5-5/11. Ages from 93 to 6! Mom had a little trouble with all the steps....but we managed. We all loved the plunge pool with the view! The house is oddly functional for the strange lay out. Our bed was broken but michael fixed that right away.the house over all can use a spruce up but it was a good stay.

Absolute Perfection

A Vista Del Mar provided the perfect location for my proposal to my now fiancé. This gorgeous house, and location on the beach couldn't have been much better. With eight guests in total at the house, we all stayed comfortably. Charity, with Sea Star Realty, was on top of everything, she always kept me up to date in order for this trip to be perfect for my occasion. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, shopping trips in Myrtle Beach, a game of golf for the guys, and family board games at night, A Vista Del Mar really provided everything we wanted. The parking underneath the house provided plenty of space to fit all three cars, and let’s not forget, all beds come with gorgeous memory foam mattresses. These were so good that three of our relatives mentioned it was the best sleep they had in the last 3 years, and are now going to purchase one just like it. I will say it again, A Vista Del Mar is such a treat and will forever be a wonderful memory for my fiancé and I. We will definitely be in contact for another trip. Thank you so much.

Wonderful!

We had a great week at Vista del Mar in Garden City! The house is located perfectly...you have the beach in your front yard, main street just a few steps away and Myrtle Beach and Murrell's Inlet are within a 15-30 min drive. We loved the pull under garage and the layout of the house. Three bedrooms are downstairs (incl master) and e has its own bath). Another bedroom is upstairs w two queen beds and its own bath. The kitchen and main living room are upstairs. The pool deck and pool are also upstairs and they are both fabulous! The pool is larger than it appears in pics and deeper too (almost chest deep). There's plenty of seating and sun area. The view of the ocean and beach are unparalleled! The kitchen could use better cookware (pots, pans). We bought a large pan in which to cook and brought it home w us. The coffee maker leaked water when used so that could be replaced as well. There are plenty of cups, bowls, dishes and silverware. There's large living room area w a tv and nice wet bar. However, since there's a nice upstairs living room, this room would be perfect for a pool table or game table of some kind. Bathrooms are very nice and the master bath is huge w a great shower. Several light bulbs were out in the lamps so that should be checked more frequently by the house manager. The house could use more towels as we found that we were doing laundry to get clean towels. There were some nice family games and pool blow ups in the upstairs closet. Overall, this is a great house and we would def rent it again!

Excellent stay

Overall this property and stay experience was great. The property was in a nice area. The beach area was not crowded and access right to the beach from the property. The house was in great condition. Plenty of room, towels, and nice view of the beach. Had a slight matter with appliance, but maintenance came out and fixed the matter (on a Saturday evening). Everyone in the party enjoyed their stay here. We definitely want to come back again.

Disappointed in not having any bath supplies. No shampoo, soap or toothpaste. Only 3 of 4 bathrooms had towels. For the price I would expect that.

Amazing

House - Pool - Beach - Ocean - were all Amazing. The only strange thing was, the receptacle to plug in the golf cart, was on the car port ceiling in a out of the way place. Very hard to access without a ladder. So we were unable to charge our golf cart.
