HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, aka ‘The Neagle House’ is a direct ocean front home located on Garden City Beach. Enjoy endless, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean on the screened-in back porch. Off the back, the porch is a private walkway to the beach with a deck and washing station. Large open kitchen/dining/living area with great ocean views, perfect for gathering with family and friends for your vacation. The living area features a fireplace and built-in wet bar. The first level features two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The first floor also features a third bedroom with a twin bed. The second level features four bedrooms. Two of the four bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the four rooms on the second floor are located on the ocean side of the house with access to the second-floor screened-in porch. The master suite is located on the oceanside of the home with great ocean views and a seating area. The bathroom features a double sink, jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.
