There is nothing that compares to a stay at our condo with Crescent Beach right outside your front door. The balcony with its bistro table is the best place to view the dunes, sand and sea. Sit with a cup of coffee or a cocktail and watch pelicans diving for food or see a school of dolphins swim by. New 42" TV and Blue ray player in the living room, 32" TV and DVD in the master bedroom with a plush King size bed. There are two twin size beds in the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Carpeted in the bedrooms and living room, with tile throughout the remainder of the condo. Plenty of board games for the family to enjoy sitting around the cozy dining table. Only stays of 7 nights or more allowed. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
