Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unit is in a good location but need a freshen up as paint/walls are looking dirty in some spots and furniture could be of higher quality. No screen on sliding door wall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Dishwasher did not work. Maintenance came out to look at it, however it was not repaired while we were there (10 days). :(

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming there for over 30 years and have enjoyed the experience but I am very angry that a $25 fee for parking has been implemented. Only allowing 2 passed per condo is crazy. We pay a lot for a week and this is so unnecessary. You have made everybody mad. I also do not have an electric can opener and the towels look dull and about 100 years old. It was Father's Day and we had to deal with the pass situation which was totally unfair. Will start looking for another place to stay after all these years.

Also construction work was going on just outside our unit almost all week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th winter staying at Summerhouse and we plan on many more in the future. We rent every February, March and April and love it. The beach is awesome with miles of walking right outside the door. There are 4 pools to choose from, although we find some of them to be too warm. Snowbirds like them 90 degrees and we prefer 80. The winter months finds lots of retirees here and numerous activities to keep you as busy as you want to be - or you can just relax in the sun. St Augustine is a charming city to explore and the eating experiences are endless.

The front bedroom never seems to actually cool off. All the clothes that were washed/dried smelled like metal. The bathroom lights get very hot and make the bathroom very hot.

Only got 2 towels per room, not enough. Mostly just everyday things that need to be added.
