Our newly remodeled beach home is your perfect vacation destination. Granite counter tops in kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Just 2 short blocks to the beach/boardwalk and an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue. You will find 6 spacious rooms for sleeping plus 3 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. Also, our home features a large living room with fireplace, sun room, dining room and comfortable eat-in kitchen. Ceiling fans and skylights throughout the home to bring in the natural sun light plus all the modern day amenities. Outside the home relax by the koi pond while the kids play in the playhouse. We also use a new Resort Lock system where every renter is issued their own personal door code. No keys are needed! Come and relax!

Great location, clean, roomie, games, nice sun room

We have been staying in Rehoboth for at least 35 years. This is one of our favorite properties so far close to everything enjoyable seating televisions that were easy to use nice kitchen, clean and roomy enough for everyone. We went from ages 96 to 7.

Summer week

Efficient layout for large group. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of beach toys and chairs. Convenient to beach and Funland activities. Don’t forget to bring (or rent) your own linens. Would consider booking again.

Wonderful Week

We had 12 in our group. Plenty of spaces to hangout. Kitchen is big enough for a large group to eat together. Outdoor patio space was nice. We loved watching the fish. Place is even nicer than described.

Family Getaway

We just completed our 7th year at 607 Bayard Ave. The house is always immaculate and has all the amenities needed. It’s an easy walk to the beach, quiet and well cared for neighborhood.

2019 Rehoboth Family Vacation

My family enjoyed their stay in this spacious well-kept home. We loved the outdoor space in the back yard. Lots of games and books available for use. Loved the keyless entry!

FABULOUS Beach Rental

We have been coming to Rehoboth for many years and have stayed at quite a few locations through homeaway and vrbo. Elizabeth's home is by far the BEST place we have ever stayed. The rooms are well designed and have plenty of space (and beautifully designed closets!), the kitchen is extremely well functioning and labeled, the outdoor area is private and makes for a fabulous place to eat dinner. We loved the sunroom in the morning for our coffee. My son sequestered the downstairs room (with the pullout couch) as his "build room." And for the parents it was a treat to have the kids playing in one room (and there's even a TV and kid's videos for them) while the adults caught up. It's an easy 2 block walk to the beach and just far enough from Rehoboth Avenue that things are a little quieter - but in a good way. And Elizabeth? Incredibly attentive. Every email or text (including when my husband left with my car keys and had to mail them back) was answered within an hour (if not minutes). We loved it so much we've already signed up for next year. Seriously best stay in Rehoboth hands down!

Great house, perfectly setup, highly recommended

The house was outstanding. Housed our family of 10 comfortably. Well stocked with all the furniture, dishes, cutlery, beach equipment, toys, and games that we needed. Convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Can I give you 6 or 7 stars?

The owner, Elizabeth, is the kindest person you'll ever talk to... or text... or email. She went above and beyond to ensure, well, everything... even when my husband left with the parking permit at the end of the week. Even when the tree fell over our car... no damage thankfully. She did more for us than any other owner in the history of rental properties. I am grateful. The house was cleaner than my own, organized and labeled! Unbelievable. Not enough stars on the American flag for this property.

Fabulous for a family reunion!

We loved the layout of the house and updated gourmet kitchen! Elizabeth was so accommodating and all our grandkids absolutely enjoyed the playhouse and watching the fish get fed in the pond... We went to the beach everyday and really needed the wagon to get all our essentials down to the beach. The selection of movies was fabulous and the grandkids got to watch their favorites in their dark "spooky" movie room.. It was very special to them... And kept them quite entertained. ..or should I say quietly entertained! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to visiting again next year!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Our stay could not have been more enjoyable for three generations of our family who gathered from across the country for a special time together. I appreciated no surprises for everything was as described - clean, modern and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen; lots of TVs, DVDs, puzzles, and a playhouse which the grand daughters loved ... even umbrellas for the rain. The quiet location off the main drag was great, yet we were easily accessible to the beach and boardwalk. Elizabeth could not have been more helpful. We'd certainly recommend this rental.

Great house!

Our family had a great time staying at this house. It was very clean and well stocked. The renter was very helpful and accommodating! It was nice to be able to watch to the main ave and boardwalk. The 2 blocks to the beach were very long and my family did wish it was closer to the beach. Overall, we had a great stay!

THe Perfect Vacation In a The Perfect Beach Home

We picked the perfect beach house for our family vacation! This home was immaculate. The kitchen was a dream to work in as it was fully loaded with everything you needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so spacious and we did not have to live out of a suite case, our clothes were able to be put away in the roomy dressers. We were only 2 blocks from the beach and just a short walk to the Rehoboth board walk for fishers popcorn and Thrashers French Fries. The outside shower and the large master walk in stone shower were fabulous I loved them both! This vacation home had every luxury you could want at the beach and more. Huge TV's and a lovely cabinet filled with games and DVD's for that rainy day. I am sure we will be calling on this owner again soon to book us for another family fun vacation. We have already showed off this home to our friends and family and it was a unanimous 5 stars. They all want be added in for the next one. Thanks you owners for sharing your lovely home to build wonderful memories in. You certainly know how to treat your guests! Better than we imagined

This was our first vacation in almost 6 years and we just loved the house. We had my husband, our three disabled children, a therapist, the therapist's boyfriend and myself. The house was much larger than I thought it would be. It was great to have so many rooms available to use if one of our children became overstimulated and needed a sensory break. We ended up using just three bedrooms, the boys all slept together. The house was fully stocked. I had packed so many items that weren't necessary... everything was already there. Everything was very clean and I just loved the kitchen. The bulletin board is nicely set up with all the information we would need while we were there. We played a few of the games that were on hand while during the storm, that was a nice touch to have available. I was a big fan of the outdoor shower too. I would get my boys all a change of clothes before we would leave and put them in the laundry room so when we were done at the beach everything was right there after a quick rinse. No little boys dragging sand all through the house... every mothers dream. :) Elizabeth and her husband worked with my family on a few matters and let us alter a few things for the sake of our kiddos tolerance. We will always appreciate their kindness in working with the boys' autism. I would absolutely recommend this house to everyone and already have given my neighbors the information. They saw the pictures and want to go. It was a really fabulous experience for us and hopefully in a few years we can go back.

My family LOVED this house!

My family had a great time at Rehoboth and enjoyed the house. It was beautiful and clean, and most importantly felt like I could relax with my 3 kids and allow them to play and have fun. The house was filled with family friendly things and we were so thankful that it had an outdoor shower!! Easy walk to the beach!

Beautiful property close to the boardwalk

Very spacious property with open yet cozy floorplan. This home has everything from plenty of seating for eat or play games to secluded nooks for individuals who just want to get away to read a book. The owner was wonderful and made sure every detail was covered so there were no worries upon arrival. The house was very clean and within walking distance to the Boardwalk and ocean. Will definitely return for another vacation.

Wonderful "home" for family vacation

We rented this "home" for family to stay to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The house was clean, beautiful, inviting and extremely comfortable. The owners were attentive, caring and very professional. Would rent this property again in a heart beat. Thank you Rhoads Family!

Our Stay in Rehoboth

This is our 2nd year staying at Elizabeth's rental. The house is well taken care of, bright, spacious,clean and just a pleasure to be there. It is well stocked & labeled for your convenience. The sun porch is a delight for enjoying morning coffee or just people watching. It is in close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and fun-land. There is a playground for younger children with-in walking distance where they can also feed the ducks & frogs on the lake There are good restaurants in the area & Elizabeth has a book recommending many which we tried & liked very much. The streets are tree lined & neighborhood very serene. There is a pond with fish in the back yard & a playhouse for children. The property is so well manicured & maintained. We also love the keyless entry. Elizabeth is such a pleasure to deal with & makes renting so easy. She answers questions promptly & is very caring about her guests . I would recommend this property very highly. We plan to return next year. Louise Kreiser

What a lovely vacation! The perfect home.

We had such a wonderful week at the Rhodes' home! We were there for a reunion with my sister's family and our parents for their anniversary. The house is beautiful and the layout is wonderful and conducive to great family visiting time. The kitchen is very well stocked, the convenience of the wagon to take things to the beach was great. They had beach chairs we could use rather than needing to rent them. The bedroom layouts were fantastic. A room for the boy cousins and a room for the girl cousins and plenty of room for my sister and her husband and my parents. The younger kids had a ball playing in the side yard in the playhouse - and plenty of games inside for the teens and adults! Elizabeth was always extraordinarily responsive and immediately returned our full deposit. I highly recommend staying at this home!

Fabulous vacation home for your family!

We just returned home from a fantastic family vacation. We stayed at the house for the first time, and were so happy we discovered it! The house is spacious; my parents stayed in the master BR on the first floor, and my husband and I, along with our kids on the 2nd floor. The kids liked the option of having three rooms to chose from, although they did wish they would have had their own TV (which was not a big deal-my husband and I had a large TV in our room!). The house was spotless; something almost impossible to find in a rental. Everything had a place and was easy to find; shelves in the kitchen were labeled, in addition to the kitchen being totally stocked with all the pots & pans you need in order to cook. We also loved the location; a mere two blocks to the beach, and about 5 blocks to Funland. This allowed us to get a lot of exercise, and not have to fuss with driving and trying to find parking. Elizabeth and John even have a wagon to load your beach stuff in and take to the beach, along with beach toys and boggie boards. If you are looking for a well cared for home, that is spotless and beautifully decorated, then this is the house for you. The one other large bonus of staying here are the owners; Elizabeth is vey organized, quick to respond to you during the booking process, and even left a card, along with a gift card to a local bakery. These details make a huge difference; we really enjoyed staying in a home that is owned by truly nice people that care for their home and the guests that stay there. We hope to return again!

Wonderful girls weekend in Rehoboth Beach

My girlfriends & i had a great experience staying at this house. I had stayed there once before with family & the home continued to exceed my expectations. It is decorated beautifully, has plenty of space so that everyone is comfortable and really feels like a home away from home. I can't imagine ever renting a different beach house in rehoboth. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach or Rehoboth Ave. I am already looking forward to booking my next beach getaway here!

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to book this home in June for a late August vacation week. The owner was very friendly & accommodating at the time we were looking and throughout the weeks before our actual visit (last minute view of premises; answered all questions & concerns; sent favorite lists of restaurants etc.; left all contact information/numbers including such as tourist guides, magazines, parking passes etc.). The actual rental contract was detailed and specific. This was the first time our extended family with adult children & small grandchildren vacationed together. This beach resort area was somewhat familiar to us as a family friendly destination not too far from our home states (NJ & NY). The home was very clean, well maintained, meticulously furnished/decorated, had additional room if you needed your own space for a time other than your bedroom (enclosed sun porch, family room, back yard, TV room ) & it was a convenient short walk to the beach and main blvd. We hardly used our cars...& loved this. Our 1 1/2 year old granddaughter couldn't get enough of visiting the walk in doll house & small fish pond in the back yard. And YES we would recommend this home to our family and friends. Thank you Elizabeth & John for everything esp. for the welcoming gift, the great restaurant suggestions (my son & daughter in law loved the pig n fish & visited twice & Salt Air was exceptional). The beach was great for sunning, strolling on the boardwalk & though I am not a typical ocean swimmer, I became one on the days the ocean was war and lake-like. Our family visited the boardwalk & beach often, got to tour the brewery not too far away, biked some of the state park and lakes nearby and often walked the main ave. Pizza was great at nicolas and a few short lunches at the Green Turtle overlooking the beach were enjoyed by all. This was certainly a special week for us all ! Barbara & Bob P.
