The host promptly responded to questions and communicated clearly and cheerfully. The condo is tastefully decorated and smartly equipped. The spacious lanai was a peaceful and private retreat.

Great experience in ideal location

We spent 8 nights in this lovely townhouse. We particularly enjoyed the back lanai, with outdoor dining seating and a barbecue. It was a lovely place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. We also cooked and enjoyed dinner there 3 nights. The townhouse is well kept and the amenities are great. There are beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys all available in the garage. The walk to the beach is roughly 5 minutes. There are many stores and restaurants a walk or a brief drive away. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local activities. Overall, I highly recommend!

Great great great!

A wonderful home, filled with good taste and everything you need, in a perfect location. We were a family of 3 adult couples and we all felt absolutely at home there. Not inexpensive, but 100% worth it. It was THE place for our Hawaii memories.

Maui 2024 Trip

Very nice property that was well stocked and clean. Everything was as expected and we had a nice time staying there. Location was good, but we will look to be closer to the water next time as enjoyed the ocean and whales.

Family trip to mauo

We travel to Maui a few times each year and have lately been trying new places to stay. Napili has become one of our favorite neighborhoods and in particular the beach and bay are in our view the absolute best swimming on the island. When the sun is out the water is clear calm and stunning. And if you surf, on occasion you will get north swells that light up the breaks just south of the bay (we did!)). The condo is fantastic and super convenient to the bay. The only things to be aware: you walk through the Mauian to get to the beach. They have no beach access signs posted so it’s not clear they really want people to do that, but nobody stopped us. Second the road noise is a little more than expected. On occasion late night someone would cruise with very loud music. All part of the location…which overall was great.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time with our family of seven. The house was clean and comfortable and spacious for our group. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had space to spread out. The location was great as we could go pretty much anywhere in five to fifteen minutes to see lots of fun things. The beach is just a short walk and we enjoyed it everyday. The hosts checked in on us too. We loved having all the beach gear available at the house. We only packed our own snorkle gear from home, but they had one too. I would recommend this house to a family and stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

Lovely Stay

Our family of five was very happy here. Caitlin and Brandon were wonderful hosts, and the property was lovely. We especially enjoyed having access to the beach equipment and the short walk to the beach from the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Loved this location and the amenities. Everything you need for the beach is there.

Wonderful experience. Great location. Perfect to celebrate my 92 year old Mom’s birthday. She was able to read on the beautiful back lanai whenever she needed a break from the beach or other activities. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was great for our family vacation in Maui. Steps to the beautiful Napili Bay and not to far from Lahaina, this is the perfect location for an intimate getaway with friends and family. The house was big enough to accommodate our group and had all the ammeneties needed for our beach days (boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, chairs, noodles, etc.). The large garage and space was convenient as we had two rental cars. Our favorite part of the property was the large dining space and Lanai where we had nice family meals. Space was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The vacation rental made our trip so much easier and pleasurable.

Wonderful experience

The house was clean, perfect floor plan for a family, the outside deck was so fun to spend time on and eat our meals. The owners were amazing and so easy to work with. They made sure we had all we needed and helped us find sources for a birthday party. We definitely stay there again!

A Wonderful Retreat Near Napili Bay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay: Napili Bay (a 5 minute walk) is great for swimming and memorable sunsets. When not at the beach, enjoy relaxing and reading on the lanai. Very comfortable accommodations. Caitlin was a super-host!

Great location, wonderful property.

We had an awesome stay here! Had a group of 7 adults, an almost 2 year old and a 9 month old. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen was great! The lanai was wonderful. Multiple people in our group took naps out there. Great location, close to a nice beach, and definitely check out The Coffee Shop about 4 minutes away! Delicious coffee. Owners were super amazing and accommodating! Able to get us checked in a little early which was super helpful so our little one could get a good nap in after traveling all morning. Responded very quickly if we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Family Vacation

We spent our annual family vacation staying in this wonderfully located house with all the amenities of home. The lanai was a very relaxing area for the family to gather after a day of sightseeing, shopping, eating, or lounging at the beach. A great beach and a few restaurants were within a short walking distance from the house. Communications with Caitlin, our host, were responded to immediately.

Great property very close to the beach

Overall our experience was amazing and we would recommend it to anyone. Caitlin and Brandon were great letting us check in early and the property has everything you would want for a Hawaii trip. You are within walking distance to the best snorkeling to see turtles and right across the street from a great beach.

DON’T PASS THIS PLACE UP!

This place is everything you need…all in one spot. Not only is the location ideal, it comes equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time in Maui, and at the beach. Thank goodness this place offered umbrellas, chairs, all the beach towels, boogie boards, AND the wagon to bring it all down to the beach which was less than 100 steps away. The p,ace itself was clean, had everything you wanted to cook your own meals, even a gorgeous bbq! The garage was also a plus in keeping the car cooler on those warm Maui sunny days. We just absolutely LOVED this spot. Location, amenities, cleanliness and working with the prop managers was a breeze! I’d give it a 10/10 rating, and we will be back for sure!

Great Property and Location

The property was great and my family enjoyed our 8 night stay. The location is with in a short distance of some of the best beaches on the island for snorkeling and also just getting some sun. We loved having access to lounge chairs, sand toys and also body boards. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs when we did cook. The owners were excellent to work with and were readily available; even though we did not have any issues or concerns. We would recommend this property for any family looking to stay on Maui.

We loved the townhouse. It was perfect for our family. It is the perfect distance to walk to Napili and Kapulua beach. The townhouse and everything we needed and more. Looking forward to staying here again.
