Clean and convenient home in great area. Plenty of room to spread out with teens. Walked to beaches and tennis. Kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful spot for wonderful vacation!

Location, location, location! Great 3-bedroom townhouse within an easy walk to Napili and Kapalua beaches. Perfect size for our group of six adults. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and loved the grill and the well-stocked kitchen.

The condo is clean but run down. A bit shabby. One Bathroom has pad covering peeling ? Plaster on tub floor. Carpet is spotty. Lanai is in need of a clean up. Window in master missing crank- unable to open. Beach towels are torn. Owner and property manager both excellent- appreciate quick response and action.

Vacation

The host was amazing. The location with the backyard was a bit disappointing as the property beyond the fence has abandoned vehicles and other items that seem like a run-down area. Clothes washer had debris - not cleaned in the gasket area which we cleaned before using. Carpet is a bit worn out.

Great Family Getaway

This property was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. It was well laid out, exactly as shown online. The beach access was easy, and it was helpful to have beach chairs and a bogey board available to use. I would recommend this property to any group wanting more space than a resort. The area had a nice neighborhood feel to it as well.

Napili Bay Heaven!

We loved staying here! We stayed at this property last year, and returned this year! It is easy to walk to some of our favorite spots, and to drive to nearby. There is space for our whole group, and we save lots of money by cooking at home. We will for sure come back here next trip!

Beautiful spot

This property was great! A short walk to the beach, very quiet and close to a grocery store and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay and our host Curtis was excellent to work with!

Amazing!

We had a fantastic stay in Feb 2024. There was a ton of space for our family, lots of things in the kitchen for our use, and the furniture and bedding and towels were all quality. We spent a week at this condo, and my family enjoyed being able to return in the afternoons after a full morning to be able to relax. It felt like home!

Good location but overpriced

Location was good however listing said luxury condo…maybe back in 1980 when it was built but it is a tired unit needed a refresh. Had a couple cockroaches and ants. Dan the maintenance guy was helpful. But based on the unit not being luxury was not worth the money. I would say the price should e half of what they asking

Bit Overated

I stayed here with my family. I felt the location was good, but you did have to cross a street and cut through condo's to to get to the beach. I would not describe the unit as luxurious or a gourmet kitchen. It was a bit dated and felt like a rental. Worked OK because we were out all day.

A fantastic location and a comfortable place to stay

We travelled with a big family group, total 8. The teenage boys stayed in the living room on the pull out sofa and air mattress the rest of us enjoyed the rooms. We loved being able to cook/grill big family meals to help save money during our trip. Manager was very quick to answer any questions. No problems with this stay it was very nice! Thank you!

Maui Stay

We had an amazing time at your home it was set up so nice looks just like the pictures. The unit was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the grill and the easy access to the beach. Not to mention all the beach 🏖️ chairs, towels boogie board and more we wanted for nothing And the backyard is a true oasis 😍Beautiful!! They only thing we didn’t like was leaving

Beautiful home and great location

We had a great time at this home. Very close to the beach (2min walk) and very nice neighborhood. Home had everything we needed, we grilled and ate Al fresco a couple if times. We found a path on the beach for the beautiful morning walk. Would totally recommend and come back!

It was ok. We had been approved to check in early. Upon arrival we found that the unit had not been cleaned. After calling the owner, the Cleaning men came. One had sunscreen all over him because he had just been plucked from the water. The cleaners had excuses of why the unit had not been cleaned. After that it was hard to be comfortable with our stay having started off with filthy conditions. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of that, being home during cleaning, not fully cleaning because we were I. The way and having the cleaners question me as to why we flew in at the time we did.

Maui family gathering

The location was a short walk to Napili and Kapalua beaches, which was fantastic! Kitchen was well set up. There is a two car garage, but one of the spaces is used. Lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, boogie boards). Worked well for our group of seven (6 adults and one child). Nice property and stay!

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is nice and clean and there was nothing to complain about. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a small chest of drawers in the smaller bedrooms to avoid living out of a suitcase for a week. The beach was a short walk but you must be careful as the road is fairly busy. There is shopping near by and plenty of places to eat. The washer/dryer is in the garage, which is not connected to the house so you must go outside to access them. There were plenty of beach items, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc., but it would have been great to have a wagon to cart them in. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Beautiful place

This was property was beautiful and was close enough to the beach we could walk there. The manager was super friendly, timely, and helpful in all of our communications. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in an excellent location

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It’s proximity to a number of beautiful beaches (a few witching walking distance) made it ideal for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, and the availability of beach towels boogie boards, and other amenities was so nice. Curtis was very great to work with, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for beach time!

This property is located a very short walk to Napili Cove. The condo is comfortable for two couples and children or a large family and offers more than enough beach accessories - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys. The kitchen is very well stocked both with utensils and pots/pans as well as cooking essentials. The patio out back is great for outdoor grilling and dining. The master bedroom/bath is huge and the other bedrooms are relatively small but comfortable. The condo could use a fresh look but since we weren't inside except to cook and sleep it didn't really matter! I would definitely rent again!

Lovely place in Kapalua

Very nice condo, not on the water but just a few minutes walk away from both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Curtis, the property manager, was very responsive. Kitchen is very well fitted out, as well as beach equipment.

The bay offers great snorkeling and a safe, family-friendly sandy beach, with conveniently located shops and restaurants. Some of the best snorkeling on Maui is right here in Napili Bay and nearby Kapalua Bay. Snorkel with the local resident sea turtles! The best part is your private three bedroom condo is less than a three minute walk to the beach!
Maui has endless activities for vacationers; fabulous beaches, snorkeling, scuba, and fishing charters, and fantastic dining and nightlife. Your condo in Napili Bay is less than ten minutes from Lahaina. Located on the northwest side of the island, Lahaina is a tropical paradise blending a rich history with modern Maui. This town has great shopping, luaus, and dining. You can also fulfill all of your boat chartering needs.

Come see all that Maui has to offer!

A sunset cruise makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deep while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in the views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs and forest you would hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, you can take an ATV tour or check out the Zip Lines at Kapalua or the West Maui mountains.

If you have never tried 100% Maui coffee, you are in for a treat. You can even visit the Rainbow House, a model home, just up the mountain from Kahana/Kaanapali, situated among many of the small coffee plantations. Ironwood Ranch, where your family can enjoy a fun horseback ride, is only minutes away by car. Nearby Maui Brewing Company is the island's only microbrewery, and serves up good food and atmosphere, with live music and karaoke on different nights. One of our favorite places for happy hour is Sea House at Napili Bay - they have the best pupus (appetizers) on the island; a great snack at a beautiful beachside restaurant after snorkeling with turtles in Napili Bay!
