Sweet Retreat is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Luxury Cabin with a Loft Game Room Featuring Shuffle board, Foosball and a Retro Video Arcade Cocktail table featuring over 60 Games.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking needs. It has granite countertops and is stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware and everything else youā€™ll need. The kitchen has an electric range & oven, dishwasher, microwave, stainless double door refrigerator with 2 separate drawers for fruits and veggies and a large bottom freezer door.

It has 2 King Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.
Upstairs has a bunk room with 2 sets of built in twin bunks with pull out trundles. There is also, another King bedroom upstairs with bathroom. There is an airbed included as well for two additional guests!

Outdoors you will discover a beautiful 3/4 wrap around covered porch, deck and walkway featuring a front rocker, comfy outdoor couches, a cozy fireplace and bubbling hot tub! Donā€™t forget the gas grill for cooking up your favorite dishes! A newly added swingset is perfect entertainment for the kiddos!

Located in the Pine Hill Addition of the Beavers Bend and Broken Bow Lake area. It is packed with amenities and furnishings for the whole family.

IT IS PET FRIENDLY - 2 pet maximum - fee required.

Max occupancy is 14 Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not always guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

No cabin stay is complete without sā€™mores and stories around the fire pit! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for sā€™mores (one box of graham crackers, one bag of marshmallows, 6 Hershey bars, roasting sticks) and firewood delivered and ready for your stay.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and laundry soap will be provided for your stay.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We clean and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Gas Fireplaces are seasonal.

Great stay

We had a really good time nice place with beautiful surroundings. We loved that it isnā€™t to far from the restaurants and state park entrance. Lots of stuff to do if the weather gets bad and a great deck to hang out on.

Perfect cabin with outdoor area for family

The cabin was close to town and offered plenty of room and amenities for families. The covered deck with hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and comfortable seating was very enjoyable. The loft offered a great space for playing games and lots of bunks for younger kids. Our family would highly recommend this property to others looking for a roomy cabin close to town with all of the amenities for a relaxing weekend!

Family 4th of July weekend

Such a peaceful and relaxing weekend. Enjoyed how quiet the area was and how close we were to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream shop, petting zoo and so much more. Perfect getaway.

Wonderful Cabin in the woods!

This was an absolutely wonderful Cabin and an awesome stay! Owners responded quickly to any questions we had, plenty of kitchen stuff to make your own meals, Plenty of towels, plenty of everything! It was all decorated for Christmas, which was an added bonus!!! Overall, It was a great value and we are so thankful our family from three different locations were able to come (with negative COVID results) and quarantine together for Christmas!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was perfect. Only issue I had was I asked if there was a crock pot prior to coming so I wouldnā€™t have ti bring one and I was told my property manager no however there was like 2 crock pots. Others than that it was perfect

Memorial Day 2023

Last minute booking, overall property was nice. Spacious inside space, with upstairs bedroom/ bunks and games was perfect for the kids. Downstairs rooms were nice and cozy. Not a ton of storage in the kitchen. Outside was very dusty, we had to clean the space ourselves. Games were broken and not well maintained (outside bags / video game)

Worn Out

The cabin has a lot of appealing features but they are all old and very tired. No smart TVs so you will be stuck watching whatā€™s currently on air. I suggest bringing a Roku Stick in case the weather is poor. Their Internet is very spotty unlike most newer cabins. The foosball table was in good shape but they were missing the balls and replaced it with a ping pong ball which made it pretty useless. The table top arcade glass was gone and the controls were worn out so playing was frustrating. The shuffle board was damaged on both sides making it fairly useless as well. The patio was very dirty and clearly had not been power washed anytime recently. Hot Tub seemed a little funky too so we didnā€™t get in. The location was excellent as it is 2 min from the main attractions.

Family getaway

Stayed here over Easter break with 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space, game room and hot tub were hits. Lots to do in the area.

What an awesome weekend. Brookside Oasis will never be the same. We laughed, we cried, we sang, we ate, we slept. What a amazing time in Broken Bow. We are already planning our next trip back. Property was clean, house was wonderful. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Anniversary get away

Overall our stay was good. The cabin is conveniently located, the road to get to it is very busy, I can only assume because there is construction going on, there were work trucks flying down that road all hours of the day. The cabin could use a good deep cleaning, it smells and there is a lot of built up dust on the blinds and light fixtures. It could also use some upgraded pots, pans and knives, the ones provided stick terribly and the knives barely cut anything. A dish towel or dish rags would be helpful as well. There is no pantry or storage for pantry items so we had groceries in windowsills and on the table. There is a neighborhood dog that followed us when we went on our walks through the beautiful community, he was very friendly but followed us every day back to the cabin and tried to let himself in when we opened the door. We named him Trapper, as he trapped us into giving him some water with those pitiful puppy dog eyes. Tonya was very helpful, when we first arrived the wood we paid for was missing, she had someone out in a matter of minutes to remedy that problem; however the wood was wet so no matter how many fire starters we used you couldn't get a fire started so we ended up leaving most of it for the next guest. The wifi was named incorrectly so the first night there we were unable to connect to it so our kids had to use mobile hot spots to do their homework. Tonya put a ticket in with their vendor so that was fixed for our second day there.
