Very well maintained, charming Pool home with fully fenced and secluded backyard. Situated on quiet desirable neighborhood street. 1.5 miles to Downtown Atlantic Avenue and 3 miles to gorgeous Delray Beach. Home is beautifully and comfortably furnished with new mattresses, bedding, and decor. Fully screened in front porch. Large open concept great room with a modern rustic table that seats 10! Great views of pool and landscaped yard throughout. Two bedrooms include pillow top queen beds while 3rd bedroom has two XL pillow top twin beds. Strong WIFI, AT&T Fiber, and large smart TV. Large backyard includes inviting Pool that encompasses a shallow swim out area with chairs and umbrella. Manicured yard, green space, and covered Pergola with outdoor fan and lights for relaxing and evening ambience. Close to world class dining and entertainment on Atlantic Avenue and all of what Delray Beach has to offer with its family friendly atmosphere, green market, and events.
**Due to Sanitary, Safety, and Health reasons we do not accept pets at this time. This allows us to ensure and uphold the highest levels of cleanliness in our home, yard, and pool.**

Wonderful getaway!

We had a wonderful, relaxing visit in Delray at this cute house. The house is very clean and well appointed - great space to entertain the family outside, and lots of little extras that make it easy to relax immediately. Chris was a responsive and welcoming host. We will gladly stay here again!

Fantastic escape on a tropical backyard paradise! The house is cozy and large enough to have many people and not feel crowded. This yard is what dreams are made of, I love this house!

Great experience

We had a great time at this lovely beach cottage. The pool and the backyard were just perfect providing us with privacy and comfort. The wine, cheese and crackers left by the owners along with the bones for the dogs made us feel very welcomed. The location to the beach, restaurants and downtown shopping make it an ideal vacation spot. We will definitely be back! Thank you Cathy and Chris for a wonderful stay.

We so enjoyed staying at this property. It was exactly as advertised, even better than we expected.

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean and beautifully decorated as well as very comfortable. The outdoor seating area and pool were wonderful. We spent a lot of time just relaxing outdoors. Delray Beach is a beautiful area and close to Atlantic Ave where there is lots to do. Chris is very nice and gave us a warm welcome. We highly recommend this property and will be visiting again. Much Needed Getaway

Chris met us at the property and showed us where everything was and how everything worked inside the property. The pictures of the house and yard look exactly like the pictures. We were worried the pool was going to be too small...it definitely was not. Our three kids had a blast in the pool! I would definitely recommend this property. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Cottage in Excellent location

The owners of this cottage are truly thinking of their guests and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Cottage is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. We spent wonderful family gatherings around the table and around the pool. Great fenced in yard and suited our family very well. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom supplies and owners were there if we needed them. Beds are super comfortable and i would definitely stay again without hesitation. So looking forward to return trip asap. So glad to have found this property.

Lovely home in convenient location

The hosts were fabulous! Our flight got in late, but they still met us at the house at 11:00 PM to show us around. They left us a charcuterie board and other yummy’s in the fridge which was awesome because we had not eaten dinner yet. The house is in a great location in a safe neighborhood. My only disappointment is that the pool is not heated and I never thought to inquire about it before hand. The weather had been cloudy and cold and since there was no heater, we were not able to use the pool.

Perfect Florida experience

All details in the great reviews I read are totally true! The house and garden have everything you need and more. We come from The Netherlands where life is completely different, but we felt totally safe in the house and in this nice and quiet neighbourhood. We were happy to feel comfortable in this beautiful cosy home and get the full Florida experience, with the pool in the back yard. Chris made us feel truly welcome and the children were thrilled with the new basketballs. In addition, our host had put up a new basketball pole in the front yard, which was absolutely amazing. Thank you, Chris, for being a super host!

A Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was everything and more! Kathy and Chris were excellent hosts. Checking in and making sure we knew they were available if we ever needed. We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was far and beyond any! The house was the perfect size for our family five. But it is the backyard where we spent all of our time! The pool is amazing and the yard set up can not be beat. Lots of stuff was provided and was a must because we were flying in. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, high chair, washer and dryer just to name a few. We are familiar with Delray and we were minutes from all our favorite spots. Only 8 minutes to the lot we park in for the beach. We could make lunches at home and go out to numerous close restaurants for dinner. The street was quiet and the neighborhood nice. Chris keeps the house very clean and well stocked. I will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Spring break with family

We had such a wonderful time at this delray beach bungalow! We went on our first girls trip with my 3 year old, mother-in-law and my mother. We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved the yard and my daughter was impossible to get out of the pool. I would definitely come back to this house and highly recommend it! Cathy and Chris were amazing hosts, just a phone call or text away. They even left some snacks and beach toys for my daughter! We hope to return with the boys next time! Thank you Chris and Cathy for a great stay!

Best Vrbo experience ever!!!

This was our first time using Vrbo and it exceeded any and all expectations . I was so impressed with all the comforts that were provided with the house. Chris couldn’t have been more hospitable. I will book this house again upon returning to Florida:)

Such a wonderful home for family vacation!

We had a fantastic time staying in this home for a week of vacation. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. This home is very well cared for, clean, open dining/family room space, 3 separate bedrooms, cute little kitchen, two full bathrooms and a perfect pool in the backyard for relaxing or kids to swim in. The backyard itself is fenced in and quite large and private. The home is about a 5 minute drive from the beach and was such a wonderful place to come home to and make dinner and watch movies together at the end of a fun beach day. They have all of the necessities there, coffee machine, pots/pans, etc. And the owners are so nice and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is the room with the two double beds does not have a door on it and it's located off the kitchen. We traveled with a white noise machine and my kids didn't go to bed until a little later when everyone was out of the kitchen so it worked out fine, but just something to be aware of. I would 100% stay there again!

The owners are SO accommodating and kind. the house is in perfect location to town and beach. the house is ADORABLE and perfect for downtime in the spacious backyard. We used the grill and ate outside, so lovely all around!

Listing Doesn't Do It Justice

This was by far our best VRBO experience (and we've had some great ones). Not only were Chris and Cathy absolutely incredible, exceeding our expectations at every turn, but the house was mind blowing! There was plenty of space for our family of 8 and the yard was what dreams are made of. The kitchen was big enough for all of our food needs while remaining small enough to justify not allowing kids underfoot! When we had an issue with the A/C, which we'd felt awful about and thought must have been something we'd done, Chris had it fixed while we were out of the house for a few hours and it was back to blowing crazy cold air before dinner! In fact, I had to keep turning it up a little warmer because the living room fan is so very effective! You won't regret staying here and will find the area to be full of ideal shopping, playgrounds and outdoor adventures... if you ever make it out of the exceptional backyard!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had such an enjoyable long weekend at Chris and Cathy’s house. This cozy, old-Florida-style house, is very charming, and is located in a quiet historic neighborhood, which is close enough to the fun of downtown Delray’s Atlantic Avenue, but far enough from the crowds. The house is well-appointed with all the necessities you need, as well as some special touches, so that you really feel at home. There is a huge backyard with a lovely pool to cool off on a hot summer day. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Chris and Cathy were wonderful hosts and offered lots of information to ensure our vacation plans were complete.

Perfect place for a family

The home was everything that was posted. The owner was excellent, felt like visiting a friend. Show us everything about the house and stocked it with a few extra items for us. Even had fresh flowers around the house.

Gem in a quiet Delray Beach neighborhood

This is a super cute, well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes drive of Delray Beach's Atlantic Ave and beach. We enjoyed the backyard pool for cooling off and also the screened in porch in the front of the house for reading/puzzles. The house was the perfect size for us, (1 married couple with teenage son + 1 single adult) -- neither huge nor tiny. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family beach cottage

This quaint property offered everything we needed to feel comfortable. The house was very clean and spacious with nice private bedrooms, bathrooms and storage. Perfect memorial day weekend getaway

We live in Miami and were looking for a nice and relaxing yet not-too-far-from-home destination. Delray Beach fit in the bill and Chris’ home was the perfect place to enjoy town and its surroundings as well allow us to unwind on the backyard and pool. The house was perfectly clean (we are picky) and tastefully decorated with nice details like fresh flowers upon checkin. The communication with Chris was great, he always answered withing minutes and always very cordial. All in all it was a great vacation. We would recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon.

Chris and Cathy were great hosts. The house is lovely - very well loved and taken care of. It was perfect for our family of four - and they went over and above for us. We’d highly recommend a stay here.

Absolutely Amazing

I rented this place on 5/14/2021 and I must say the pictures are beautiful but they do not do this place any justice! This house is BEAUTIFUL! Everything about the home was so nice Cathy and Chris were both amazing to work with. I have rented from Vrbo on multiple occasions and this was the very best experience I’ve ever had. And the home was very accommodating. Everything you could possibly need is there for you to use. I will definitely be renting again. Everything about this experience was grand from beginning to end! Thank you Cathy & Chris!
