This lovely private home is spacious and provides you with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for your next St George adventure! Decorated beautifully, this new home is furnished with all new furniture and is in the perfect location. Minutes from Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Lake, and a short drive to Zion National Park or Snow Canyon. The living room is roomy and invites you to sit and enjoy the leather furniture while watching a little television. This great room flows into the gorgeous modern kitchen and dining room that has seating for 6 at the large table. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space, seating for 3 at the island, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, and quartz countertops. Outside is a covered patio that has a patio set with a table and 4 cushioned chairs so you can enjoy some of the St George suns we are famous for all year long. Don't forget the grill on the patio for some great barbecued meals. Back inside the spacious master suite has a King bed and a TV, and the bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower that are so luxurious.

Upstairs you will find a darling sitting room with a futon and ottoman that makes a great reading nook. There are three more bedrooms too! This first charming bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The remaining two bedrooms are identical bunk rooms. Each has 2 sets of bunks that can sleep up to 5 per room, one bunk is a twin over full and the other bunk is a twin over twin bunk.

This home also has a full washer and dryer and a two-car garage for your use.
