This dog-friendly home features three large rooms each with their own Smart TV for everyone's entertainment. The entire group will love the chic dining table with plenty of room for everyone! The gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for making delicious family meals; it's well-equipped with everything you could ever think of to truly channel your inner chef and surprise everyone. The fully-enclosed backyard will be everyone's favorite place to relax and make lasting memories; it features a large outdoor pool and plenty of lounge seats to relax in the sun. There is also a propane BBQ pit so you can make some delicious BBQ and enjoy them in the outdoor dining area.

There are so many activities for everyone! Take everyone to explore the amazing ocean life at SeaWorld San Antonio just a quick drive of 25 miles away. Go for a thrilling adventure to Six Flags of Fiesta Texas only 14 miles away. Check out the lions at the San Antonio Zoo! Explore some Texas history at the famous Alamo located near downtown San Antonio. Be sure to stop by the gorgeous River Walk and do some shopping. You can even take a boat tour along the river!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that the owner lives on-site in an attached apartment with a separate entrance. They won't interact with guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
