This unit is displayed on a private beach and is ideal for a romantic getaway, a friend's excursion, solo, or families. It's located within 100 yards of the infinity pool and then the Pacific Ocean, in the only ''Private-Ownership'' Ocean-Front condo project in Cabo. This unit is very private, you can walk out to the sand from the patio. The 322 sq ft patio, master bedroom and part of lounge all overlook the pool and ocean. Outdoor BBQ, new living room furniture fall 2021 with new artwork, new bar/entertainment center built in Oct 2018. This unit has Streaming TV for 42" flat screen TV and upgraded Wi-Fi. New coffee maker and smaller standard coffee maker. This unit is quiet and relaxing. Living area is kept with Mexican theme so you don't feel like you are staying in a Hilton, Las Vegas, or any other cookie cutter condo/timeshare, Bedrooms decorated with relaxing sea and nautical décor. TERRASOL stretches down the sand to the Pacific and is just a short walk to the towering boulders at the very end of the Baja Peninsula. Our mile long stretch of beach, free from vendors and noisy water sports is ideal for walking, surf fishing, sunbathing, reading or simply sitting and gazing at the spectacular waves and whales (in the winter). You can enjoy the beach and ocean views from both of our heated pools at the Pacific's edge, one with a swim-up palapa bar (drinks and food available.) The water is drinkable at Terrasol. There is also a tennis court, basketball court, ping pong table and gym on site, a small library, and a third smaller wading pool with a fountain. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained and landscaped with native plants. A place of great serenity, yet it is within easy 3–10-minute walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shopping areas, the marina, and other beaches. Taxis, bike taxi's, water taxis. and UBER, are also always available and local buses are in immediate area. In addition, our extremely courteous, Spanish/English speaking staff can help you arrange tours and answer any questions you may have, as well as 24-hour gated security. There is maintenance staff daily, and cleaning service as needed (for a fee).

Due to the location at the tip of Baja the currents are very strong and swimming in the ocean on this beach is not allowed. A short 5-10+ minute walk to the gulf has plenty of swimmable ocean or farther up north on the pacific side for swimming/surfing. The water taxis are at the marina and can take and pick you up anywhere you want to spend time on the water or beaches. I have small ice chests and beach blanket for day trips. New air conditioner units and water heater. Appliances 5 years old. There is a separate drink refrigerator in the bar.
