This oceanfront property has a fantastic view of the Atlantic Crystal Coast. Literally right on the water. You can't get any closer than this! This 4 bedroom is perfect for any vacation. Enjoy, Free WIFI and Internet TV. Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and watch the Sunrise and Sunset. Relax and read a book or go shopping. Take a drive to Historic Beaufort and Fort Macon, walk the beach, surf, swim, tan, or go for a bike ride. Enjoy the nightlife at local bars and restaurants or stay in and cook up some fresh seafood. Plenty for the kids to do too. Board games, cards, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas available for your use. There is something for everyone. Whatever your pleasure, make your next vacation your best vacation. OWNER OPERATED! NO HIDDEN FEES!

Great location

Check-in and wifi access fine. AC worked well even on very hot days. Washer-dryer worked well. Linens provided. I was able to give a list of needed repairs to the owner so they could be fixed between renters. Great location.

Great location, easy walk to the beach. Needs many small repairs. Had to get drank first day to get shower to drain, the grill is no usable and the couches were awful to sit comfortably on. Beds were great and clean. Many outdoor lights didn’t work. Could be a lot better with tender care done to the place.

Beautiful location!

We would definitely rent again! Had to call owner about a couple things dealing with TV and he responded very quickly! We all had a great time.

Rental needs thorough cleaning; fans and lights did not work off switches; gates to beach walkway didn’t work; entry gate did not latch; spare key could not be accessed but did have one key; all appliances worked correctly; very short walk to beach

If you are looking for a quiet beach house - this is the one!

We loved our stay at this home. It is a comfortable, casual home with plenty of room to spread out. The balconies are perfect for long summer days and cooling summer nights. Down the back stairs, you will find you are only 15 feet from the beach. What we liked most is that the kitchen is large and easy for multiple cooks to share without stepping on each other. We love cooking! And the help and communication with the owners was seamless. They are so very nice!

Nice Location

Perfect location, maybe 150’ at most from the waves. The property is however very dated and not clean at all. It stinks, seriously…. Stale cigarettes and curry mixture? We loved the easy access to the beach, but my wife and I both agree we wont rent this specific unit again due to the lack of cleanliness, and dated interior.

Best Deal on the Isle

The house was conveniently located just steps from the beach and tucked into a quiet neighborhood of homes. I loved how it felt like the perfect location miles from all of the condo developments near Atlantic Beach and yet only minutes to shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely nice and available for questions and provided several restaurant recommendations. We were traveling with our 5 children and the house with it's well appointed kitchen and 4 spacious bedrooms were perfect. The beds were so comfortable. I could sit on my bed and see the ocean well enough through the large sliding doors to watch the sunset and the dolphins swim past. It was December/early January during our stay and yet we were drenched in sun every day. We enjoyed.the beach the deck and balcony, the kitchen and eating area. Our stay could not have been better.

Great location, beautiful view, and very nice hosts

The owners of this home were very responsive before and during our visit. The home is located on the front row overlooking the ocean and has its own private access, as promised. What a beautiful view! We were traveling with a 15 month old who is a bit rambunctious, so we found it very hard to relax inside the house because it's not super easily baby-proofed. Mainly because there are so many sets of stairs, our little guy wanted to climb. There is a single tension-style baby gate provided, but it's not a safe model to be used on stairs unsupervised. If you're traveling with a toddler, pack some kitchen cabinet safety latches and a few baby gates. You will be glad you did so you can kick back, relax, and enjoy being so close to the beautiful beach!

Worn out property

Unfortunately I was the lucky one that got to pay to replace an old corroded kitchen faucet that broke during my stay. The property is well worn and needs updating. A better cleaning crew should be looked into by the property owners. My wife had to reclean the bathroom mirrors upon our arrival because they were smeared so badly. Also, judging by the amount of dust and hair on the bedroom nightstand it was apparent that area had not been cleaned for a long time.

A Little TOO Pet Friendly

This place has a fantastic location and is a great spot to bring the pup. Beach access is awesome. The house however is dilapidated, we had so many issues there are too many to list, but one of the main issues was with the couches. We had to request to have the couch steam cleaned because of urine smells. The host responded to this quickly (but they were already aware there was this issue of unclean couch and waited for us to complain rather than correct the problem ahead of our arrival). He then went on to try and turn it around on us saying we are trying to extort funds when we asked for a partial refund. Implying we were lying about the situation (We had to run out and buy plastic to cover the couches to sit on until they could get cleaned and even after that still not great) It's sad because this could be a really amazing place with the appropriate cleaning and updating. Fortunately for us even though the house was not what it should have been for the money we paid spending time with my family was still great and we did have a great time in the end.

We had such high hopes for this beach house. Though the images on Vrbo showed the house to be dated we figure it’s right on the beach and looked close to everything on the island. When we arrived you could already tell the house needed repairs. Inside there was a mysterious smell very old and dirty carpets. The couches were so worn that they sank in on itself and were hard. The bathrooms were not clean and it made me question the rest of the house. The master bathroom shower looked like mold growing from a leaking shower head. The master toilet wouldn’t flush. The toilets had dirty rings in them. The laundry was still in the dryer. The kitchen supplies were so old and the cabinets were falling apart. The coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The wooden walkway to the back of the house had many wooden boards lifted, nails coming out and broken. I did contact the owner and they apologized for the cleanliness. They organize a cleaning person to come out to clean the bathrooms. On Monday they came. Overall, a disappointing stay for accommodations. This house will have so much potential if major renovations happen. The location was good but we won’t be staying here again.

Best View in Town

The view from the balcony can’t be beat. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds play while we had our morning coffee. The location was great and there was plenty of room for our family.
