Gorgeous Grand Luxxe spa suite, 3 bdr with 2 kings and 2 doubles, 3 baths, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a private terrace with plunge pool, gourmet kitchen, living space with sleeper sofa, 2 dining rooms and 4 tv’s. Room for 8 adults and 2 kids under 12. This is 2574 sqft paradise in bldg 3 or 4.
The Vidanta property is huge, with miles of walking paths, flower gardens, pools including a wave pool, gyms, fountains, restaurants, cafes, beach, 3 golf courses including Nicklaus and Norman courses, entertainment for kids and adults. There is a concierge on the floor, available butler, superb high end decorations, large deck with plunge pool, top quality linens and towels and a gourmet kitchen. There is no all inclusive but there are many great restaurants. Add a pizza on arrival to fill the week. If you wish to use the gourmet kitchen there is an onsite store or take a cab to Bucieras or better to Walmart for selection, beer, wine and price.
There is free transport from the airport, once at the resort luggage is collected and delivered to your unit, you are moved to vip checkin, credit card swiped for damage deposit, bracelets applied and then transfer to rooms. Arrival time may dictate a wait for room but as a Platinum member it should be by 3 pm.. There is normally morning coffee by concierge. Transport around the resort is by free golf cart vehicles.
As platinum guests you get discounts on spa and golf.
The Kingdom of the Sun park is now open with Cirque de Soliel, rides, major shows and entertainment. A gondola is also scheduled to move people from the. GL buildings to the park. There are to be three more phases to open which should give a Disney quality.
Any damage, hotel taxes, tips, and taxi back to the airport will be your responsibility.
