Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This is your ideal vacation getaway.

Policies:
1. Check-In is 4pm | Check-Out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack for $50 (price subject to change, limit 2). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.

The condo is incredible, weā€™ve stayed in a number of Condos in Orange beach this is by far the nicest. The kitchen is also very well stocked every utensil you could possibly need. Excellent location.We will definitely book again.

The area was great, a short drive to Walmart and restaurants. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen. Overall the unit was very comfortable. Will stay again.

Stay was wonderful view a 5 star. Some deep cleaning needed, but condo as pictured. TV's in both front bedrooms not working. Host did get to right away, but a problem they couldn't fix. Never did have tv's in those rooms Would stay again.

Amazing Stay

This was a fantastic condo! The large balcony was the best feature. It has lots of furniture which was very nice! It was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Elevators were fast! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Oceanfront Condo

We truly enjoyed our family time at this destination. We spent endless hours on the balcony enjoying our meals and quiet time there. The unit was very clean and the staff we spoke with were very helpful. The location is wonderful. Hope to visit again soon

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in the whole place felt like home. It was everything I wanted in a beach vacation and more. Great Condo!

The condo matches the pictures. It's a corner unit on the 4th floor, so very convenient (short elevator rides!). You get a lot of bang for the buck. There is a lot of decor everywhere, but there was still ample space for all of our things. The beach was beautiful and the building well-maintained. No complaints!

Great unit, no amenities

The unit was spotless and beautiful, however we had NO use of balcony and the HOA closed the outdoor pool prior to our stay. We ended up having property manager move us to a new location.

Beautiful

What an amazingly beautiful place to stay for a vacation getaway! Extremely clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I canā€™t say enough great things about this condo. The owners did a fabulous job on the decor! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The security was top notch too. The reason for the four stars were two things that we thought shouldā€™ve been disclosed before renting. The first, was that there was construction being done to the building due to hurricane Sally two years ago. The balcony was roped off with red caution tape and all the windows had large red taped signs saying balcony off limits. Plus, the outdoor pool and hot tub was closed for the same reasons. We also had to walk through a tunnel made of scaffolding to and from the beach each time. Those were part of the highlights that caused us to pick this location and it was a disappointment when we couldnā€™t utilize it. The second, was that there was a parking fee of $30 for the week to park there. This was not included in the rental fees nor was it stated that there would be one. Not a huge deal, but it still shouldā€™ve been disclosed. Again, these were not deal breakers, but it still shouldā€™ve been disclosed.

Our Home away from home for a week!

Our family Vaca 2022 was a hit. This condo was a great fit for us and in a great location. It was so comfy and beautifully decorated! Typically we stay in different condos every year but I wld definitely stay in this unit again after the building repairs are finished! Loved the wrap around balcony and look forward to being able to enjoy it!

Too much stuff

We thought it was beautiful but there is just too much home decor. Doesnā€™t leave room for visitors things on tables, bathroom counter tops etc. We were VERY upset that the balcony had WARNING SIGNS not to use it because of ongoing renovations but thatā€™s why we rented a beach front condo. That condo was NOT ready to rent, and especially for the amount we paid. We DID use it however. The person we talked to at Beach Getaways assured us we would receive some monetary reimbursement. The signs and the dishevelment of the balcony made it hard to ignore. Also, there was only one hand towel in each bathroom. We were four people but what if there had been as many people as the condo is supposed to be able to accommodate? One hand towel, really? There should be at least two in each bathroom.
