The room features floor-standing Focal speakers and Bryston sound system for critical listening sessions, or 60" flatscreen and virtual surround sound for movie nights. The Steinway, library and curated DVD / Blu-ray collection are all for your use. Radiant heat with auxiliary units will keep you toasty in the winter, while A/C throughout will make your summer stays comfortable.

Fully outfitted kitchen has everything you will need to entertain an intimate 2 or a hungry dozen. Custom kitchen for the chefs and enormous farm table for 10. Or eat al fresco on the deck with ample table-space and additional seating.

Mix a drink (or 3) at the wet bar on the 4 season porch with radiant heat and woodstove, fire up the TV, take in the views, or just tuck into a book lounging on built-in seating. Screens in summer and fully enclosed in winter for year-round comfort.

Wind down your day on the stone patio with the hot tub and fire pit. Watch the light (sun or moon) play off Overlook Mountain on the horizon. Set your mood with additional outdoor speakers.

The Cottage / Music Studio. Cottage includes a well-equipped practice space / music studio with Pearl drums, Access Virus synth, Casio electric piano, guitar / bass amps, simple Yamaha mixer, powered PA monitors. Space heated by wood stove and aux baseboard as required. A/C in the summer.

Bedrooms. 4 bedrooms in total between the 2 buildings. Additional bedding is sleeper sofa in cottage and inflatable queen for use in main house or cottage. All bedrooms equipped with black-out drapes/shades perfect for sleeping in. Sonos speakers in all bedrooms and TV in master loft BR. NOTE: 10 person max strictly enforced and extra nightly fee for each guest above 8.

Total end of road privacy with spectacular views make for the ultimate retreat.

Guest access
Entire property is for guests’ sole use, whether using the cottage / studio or not. Cottage is never rented or occupied separately.
