Welcome to the Pink Palace — your home away from home on the "Slower Lower" Delaware shore!

This beautifully renovated 3BR/3.5BA condo sits just a half block from the beach in the heart of quaint and quiet Fenwick Island. Step out the back and you're at the community pool. Step out the front and you're a short walk from some of Fenwick's best restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

The Space
The top-floor master suite features a king bed and a sliding glass door that opens to a private deck with ocean views — you can also catch a glimpse of the Village of Fenwick and the iconic Fenwick lighthouse from up there. The guest room is perfect for kids, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a roll-out trundle that sleeps up to three. The main living area on the second floor has a fully stocked, top-of-the-line kitchen, comfortable dining and family space, and a furnished deck perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The first-floor master suite offers its own king bed, private full bath, and a sliding glass door that opens to a quiet patio overlooking the pool — a great retreat for a second couple or guests who want their own space.

Each master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV. The main living area features a 50" smart TV with Hulu included — guests are also welcome to log into their own streaming accounts. Complimentary WiFi included (network: Pink Palace).

The Location
Fenwick Island sits right on the Delaware/Maryland state line and is one of the area's beloved "Quiet Resorts" — a slower pace, less crowded beaches, and a genuine small-town beach feel. Everything you need is close by: Fenwick Island State Park, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, the Fenwick Boardwalk, and the legendary Candy Kitchen are all within easy reach.

We have stayed in Admiral's Bridge exclusively for the past 25 years. This property was the best.

The best of all we've stayed in over the years. Blake was an amazing and attentive host. All of the amenities were top notch.

Another great stay here

Second year staying here. Beautiful place to stay! Perfect location being walking distance to beach, am coffees, restaurants, shopping- dont need to even get in the car once here. Love the pool. Will book again for next year family beach trip. Very clean and well stocked home. Just book it you wont regret it stocked

Fenwick Family Vacation

The condo is very comfortable. Well-equipped & organized. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool. In fact, the pool is visible from the condo. The restaurants, miniature golf and other amenities are walking distance. Our family really enjoys staying here!

Best spot in Fenwick

From the easy check-in to the goodies when we first arrived, we love staying here. This is our second year at this house. It fits our needs perfectly, and we love how close it is to the beach and one of our favorite ice cream places! Blake was super nice and answered any questions we had. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Great summer spot!

We had a great week with a few family members at this property! The owner needed to take care of some urgent maintenance when we first arrived, which was taken care of immediately and communicated perfectly! The townhome is the perfect walking distance to the beach and many local restaurants and shops! And not a bad bike ride from lots of others! Highly recommend staying here! In fact we’re already talking about trying to book for next year :) Thanks for having us!!

Loved it!

This property has all the great things about being at the beach. You can't beat the location. Everything you could want is right there. Great restaurants and fun shopping. The beach is wonderful with plenty of room to spread out. The townhouse is lovely and exactly as described and even included a fun goodie bag with some move-in treats and essentials. The owners clearly take pride in this property and it shows. Would definitely consider coming back next year!

Annual Fenwick Family Vacation

We have been coming to Fenwick for about 13 years, and have always rented at Admiral Bridge. The proximity to the beach is perfect & the pool is a bonus. This particular condo has been the best. Very comfortable, well- equipped & organized. Really like the deck, and the trees bordering it. Not having to worry about keys was nice too. We would love to rent it again. The same week next year.

First Time in Fenwick

The three story townhouse we rented for the week provided all we needed and more for an enjoyable stay in Fenwick. This is a class A rental property throughout. In addition the property shares a lovely pool with other townhomes in this development. The balconies and patio are equipped to provide the same level of comfort as we found throughout the unit. We really could not have asked for more.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely week at the beach thanks to Blake’s hospitality. Beautiful place, extremely clean and well-appointed! Great location right off the beach made it super convenient with young children. Blake thought of all the details….things like ziploc bags, trash bags, laundry detergent all well-stocked…little things which made a big difference! There was a really nice beach bag filled with goodies when we arrived too. Everything was comfortable, up-to-date, and made for such a nice beach week for our family. Blake was also helpful and responsive to questions. We hope to return soon!

Long Time Fenwick Visitors

This was our 24th year visiting Fenwick Island and our second stay at the Pink Palace. We love the location of the property for easy access to the beach and the great shopping and restaurants nearby (also having Matteo’s delicious margs and rockfish tacos across the street is a huge plus!!) Blake was very easy to communicate with and the checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. We traveled with 6 adults and an 8 month old baby and were very comfortable in the Pink Palace. We loved the welcome bag and all of the goodies that were waiting for us upon arrival!!

Wonderful location and amazing hosts. The welcome basket/bag was over-the-top. Place was beautifully cleaned, every tiny detail was personalized with special touches for the guests. Superior furnishings from outside balconies to comfy beds and modern ceiling fans. The kitchen was stocked with high end supplies. This doesn’t feel like a rental property. Only thing to mention is the master bathroom water closet shares the water closet with the upstairs bunk room. There is no way to lock the two shared doors for privacy which makes it uncomfortable for sharing the space especially if you’re not family. Locks on the pocket doors would be the solution. Great location, great beach, would most definitely stay again.

This is one of the best places our family has stayed at in Fenwick Island. We could tell that Blake takes pride in and great care of his condo. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and no detail is left unattended. The bathrooms are bright and modern. The place was spotless upon check-in. It is an absolutely cute place with the pink dishes and other wonderful accents! To top it off, a welcome bag was there for us with paper goods essentials and nice snacks and other thoughtful items. Everything was labeled (light switches, cabinet shelves) and a booklet provided for instructions on check out. I love such detail! We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you Mr. Blake for extending the courtesy of allowing us to enjoy your condo for our beach vacation.

Short walk to beach

I loved the amount of space. I loved every level had a balcony. Very well equipped.. Clean. Very nice pool. Liked everything about it. Would definitely stay again!

I'm a Northern Virginia native who has been vacationing in Fenwick Island for over 40 years — first as a kid in this same community, and now as a husband and dad making new memories with my own family. Hosting is genuinely one of my favorite things. There's no better reward than hearing that a family had a wonderful week making memories and soaking up the sun. My goal is to be responsive and helpful without being intrusive — I want you to feel like this home is yours for the week. I strive for 100% satisfaction, and our reviews reflect that commitment.

I grew up vacationing in this exact community, and the pull never went away. When the opportunity came to own our own place here, it was an easy decision. Fenwick Island is one of Delaware's "Quiet Resorts" — family-focused, peaceful, and a world away from the crowds of Ocean City just to the south. The locals have a saying: "Slower Lower Delaware." That's exactly the vibe. Laid-back people, a relaxed pace, and a community that prioritizes family over flash. It's where I built my best childhood memories, and it's where I'm watching my kids build theirs.

This beach house, which we affectionately call “The Pink Palace”, has been in our family for more than 30 years. When first purchased, it was fully decorated from top to bottom in pink! It was an appropriate color for a beach house and it didn’t take long for the soothing pastel to put you in a state of comfort and relaxation.

Years of improvements and upgrades have slowly stripped away the predominance of pink, but the original charm and feelings have remained along with the majestic moniker. We hope The Pink Palace can serve as your home away from home and offer you and your loved ones as a place of peace, comfort and contentedness
