Great location. Very spacious and comfortable. Had everything needed for a wide variety of families- well equipped kitchen, lots games and kid stuff. We really enjoyed the walk-ability. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for our family of 6 and a great location, walking distance to both beaches and downtown. The hosts were very responsive and provided lots of info and recommendations for us. We would love to stay again in the future!

Thanks for another wonderful stay. I love the upgrades (the kitchen looks great), and it's still in the perfect location. The A/C was a big plus this year.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach home. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the host was easy to work with. We walked to the beach every day, walked to the quaint downtown shops and eateries, and walked to the brewery at the end of the road. The host provided many beach items such as a beach umbrella and a wagon which really came in handy. Our grandchildren loved the bunk bed and the many toys and books in the home. It was an awesome family vacation!!

The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. It was very well equipped with kitchen appliances and ice maker. Beautiful yard, with fire pit. And a very convenient outdoor shower! It was really nice having use of children's toys. My 4 year old granddaughter gets bored easily, and there were so many new things for her to use. Our host Amy, seemed very invested in our vacation being perfect.

Great for the beach!

It's a perfect place for a family. Everyone gets their own room, there's plenty of space in the enclosed porch to relax, and it's a short walk to the beach. You can't go wrong!

Great beach vacation

We stayed here for my sons 6th birthday to spend time at the beach. We loved the house and the town, and had a few great beach days in between cloudy weather. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amy and Kevin's beach house is great for getting the family together for a great beach week. Everything you need, plenty of space, and just a short walk to the beach!

The house was clean and well appointed. The screened in porch could have used a good cleaning. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms a good size. The kitchen area was nice with new appliances, but we found it difficult to work with two or three people trying to fix a meal. The two beaches were within walking distance, but being elderly my wife and I always drove. The bathrooms were clean and had up to date fixtures. Water pressure was good for showering and bathing. Outdoor shower was a bonus after going to the beach. Washer and dryer combo worked very well. The only glitch with bedding and towels was the lack of( or we couldn’t locate) more hand towels. There also didn’t appear to be extra blankets available for colder nights. We also were disappointed that a vacuum wasn’t available to periodically clean the floors and cloth fabric of living room furniture. Overall our experience was good, communication with owners was good and we’d consider renting again.

Great place to stay!

Been going to York since I was a kid and been in a variety of places. Tried Kevin and Amy's and it was a great fit. Short walk to the beach and town make it perfectly situated for families. Very highly recommended!!

Had a perfect vacation staying in the VRBO. The home ia located in a great spot and is nice & roomy with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It easily accomodated a family of 6. The kids had a blast with the toys available in the outdoor shed. Short Sands beach and the town of Short Sands was an easy walk from the home. We hope to return soon!

Great stay!

The house is great! Great location and wonderful amenities! Everything you need is there waiting for you - from baby gear to paper products, and all the kitchen appliances/dishes/glasses… even a blender! We all enjoyed our week so much!

This place is perfect for us. Really quiet and safe for the children (it's on a private dirt road away from the crowds) but a 5-10 minutes walk will bring you to short sands beach or long sand beach, your choice ! The house is super comfortable and everything is there for families. We will be back !

Great place!

Great location. Easy walk to beach and town. Well kept home. Amy was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The screened porch was a nice retreat, the outdoor shower was lovely and very helpful! Home was well equipped.
