Come enjoy our beautifully decorated fifth floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom:
-King size bed with night stands, reading lamp, & TV.
-Attached full bath has a shower, hair dryer, wash cloths & bath towels.

Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom
-Bunk beds with TV.
-Attached bathroom has a shower, wash cloths, & bath towels.

Living Area
The main living area has a brand new sectional sofa, side chair, and reading lamps. The TV is located in the entertainment center along a DVD player, and board games.
This professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, washer and dryer, and tile floors through-out creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

Condo was exceptional, very good location. Felt at home & very clean. The reserved parking spot was an added plus. Beach chairs were appreciated and made our days at the beach easier. Pools area is Beautiful and very clean. Had a question and owner texted back at a reasonable time, very courteous and kind. We were very happy with our stay. Hoping to go back again.I would highly recommend condo at Miramar Beach!

We stayed here for spring break and really enjoyed it. The unit is in a great location right by the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. It was obviously well cared for and extremely clean. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. The covered parking spot in the garage was a bonus. It is its own dedicated stall with plenty of room to load/unload the car. We highly recommend staying here.

Hidden gem

We always stay at one of the condos at Besch Resort because of the proximity tithe beach and the great pool area. This condo was really nice.

Our favorite little place to vacation at

This is our 3rd time staying at this specific condo. It's become a family favorite to stay here. My wife and kids keep coming back here after trying other locations. We really enjoy the condo, the pool and the relatively easy access to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrella. We will be coming back again as we enjoy this complex as it's not too busy and is private to guests only. Quiet and comfortable and highly recommended. Thank you again

Unit was very nicely decorated and furnished - the pool is amazing ! Great view from balcony - parking spot in garage is a bonus - WiFi worked great -would prefer beach access to be directly across !

The most significant observation was that the kitchen counters were not clean, and the microwave had food particles exploded. I cleaned all kitchen counters, and the master bath mirror required recleaning (it had rag wipe marks all over, as if cleaned with a used, dirty cloth). I would also recommend that the lighting be increased; there was no way to put on makeup in the dark bathrooms. I believe it would benefit from a brighter coat of paint; the Tuscan look is very dated. Also, this does not impact the unit, but the overall grounds. The "grills" are of no use; there is no oversight of the grounds. People pull up with a van full of kids and stuff and use the parking lot to go across to the beach, and infants and those clearly under 4 are in the pool and in the jacuzzi. We did not see that they had "pool pants" on. This is very unsanitary, and children in hot jacuzzis are very unsafe. This is the lack of oversight of the management company.

Pleasantly Surprised

We had a wonderful stay here for my son’s spring break. It was a perfect location for us with many of his school friend’s families all within walking distance. You never know exactly what you might get when picking a condo, basing decisions on provided photos and reviews. This condo was a perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. Loved the view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. The white sand beaches in Miramar Beach are so beautiful. Having a covered garage space and a washer/Dryer in the unit were nice touches.

Great condo with great views! Even thought the property is across the street from the beach you still get to take advantage of the great views of the water. The place was very clean when we checked in. I appreciate the brooms, a vacuum, mop, and other cleaning supplies in the condo because I like to keep a clean place. So many rentals do not have these basic items to keep the place tidy for longer stays. Even though we did not use it much, the property pool is very nice. It is just a short walk to the beach and the included beach chairs were a huge plus. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Beach Resort is a great family vacation spot.

This was probably our 10th vacation at Beach Resort. It's a great place for a small family.Let's start with the good:- Awesome pool and outdoor area. Smaller building and big pool meant plenty of room for everyone. - The beach is amazing. Can be a little crowded so get there early for the best spots. This unit came with beach chair and umbrella service. Definite plus. - This unit comes with an oversized parking garage spot. Very easy to get in and out plus out of the sun / rain. - Unit was very clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Now the not so good:- The fridge was out most of the week. The owner was able to get one by the end of the week. Should be good to go for everyone in the future. - The washer / dryer got replaced while we were there. The dryer appears to be leaving black marks on cloths so be careful if washing nice clothes. Not the owners fault but there are reviews online for that dryer leaving black marks. Overall, if the dryer issue gets resolved, would definitely stay here again.

Location, comfort, and view!

We loved everything about our stay at the Beach Resort. The location was great - peaceful, close to the beach, and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The view was beautiful overlooking the pool and the gulf. The pools were nice, large, with plenty of seating. It was great having a large parking spot in the garage, as well as extra parking lot spots for visitors. The unit was very comfortable with a large, well appointed kitchen and living/dining space. The master bedroom/bath was comfortable. The “2nd bedroom” has bunk beds, a curtain for a door, and no closet, with a good sized en-suite bathroom. This would probably work well for children, but not for our adult friends that we had hoped to stay with us. We didn’t turn on a TV the entire week, but those in the bedrooms were severely outdated, with a selection of VHS movies. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. (Note that there are no condiments at all - no big deal, but nice to know.). The beach was a short, easy walk with convenient beach chair setup. All good communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

Always a nice stay!

The condos and complex are well taken care of. The pool and pool area are beautiful and top notch. Great location for all the restaurants. The beach access is just a short walk. This has been our Gulf destination for the last 4 years and will continue to be.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week in this condo and it easily accommodated our family’s needs. It was an easy check in and having the garage parking was convenient. The pools were large and refreshing. The condo itself was very open and had plenty of space for us to relax after spending the day out in the sun. The beach access is a short walk and it was nice that it included the beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the condo was also very clean and inviting. Communication with the property owners was great and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
