Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is across the street from The Peru lift!! The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was clutch after a day of skiing. The condo had a variety of bed configurations in the rooms with extra rollaways and pull out couches. Helpful for a large family! Also a short walk to some tasty Mexican food

We had an amazing stay at this home over the Christmas holiday! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Having a two-car garage was incredibly convenient, especially during winter, and the hot tub was such a relaxing bonus after long days. The fully furnished kitchen had everything we needed to cook holiday meals, which made the stay feel just like home. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent place, great location, and very clean. The staff is super attentive and always willing to help with anything you need. This is the second time I’ve booked through the same site, and I love it because they send everything by email with clear instructions and the whole process is super easy. I love it and would definitely book again.

Get the place together! Ditch the pull out sofas! You guys want to make a profit renting out like that. I’m not even going into mentioning the cleanliness in some areas. I can’t believe this place is up for triple the price during coming months.

5 mins to Keystone Resort

Three private suites accommodated 3 adult couples well. Close to mountain. Hot tub was nice and hot at 103 :) Full kitchen.

GREAT SKI VACATION

Weekend Getaway in Keystone

The property was great for our family and visiting mother in law. Each having your own bathroom is a big plus. It was equipped with everything needed to make it an enjoyable weekend. Having the hot tub on the patio was great. It is located near the highway, so cars/trucks passing by at night with the windows open was a little bothersome. Overall a great property right in the heart of keystone.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condition of the property was not as ideal as described. The dryer would not dry an average load without going through two episodes. (yes we checked the lint tray and it was not clogged). The hot tub had multiple jets that did not work. The thermostat in the main living area did not work.

Home was well kept. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Hot tub was wonderful after long hiking days. Great location for accessing multiple trail heads. Master bed was a bit uncomfortable, i could feel every move my husband made. Also the light beems in through upper window. Water pressure depletes if you run the washing machine so just need to time showering not when washing clothes. Other than that everything was great, communication with prop mgmt company was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Girls weekend in the mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Rasor Court. The condo was clean and we were able to cook meals easily. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is located on its own floor which gave everyone plenty of privacy. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the games we found in the game closet! We loved our time and would definitely stay again!

Cozy Mountain Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really enjoyed this space! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome hot tub on the balcony, and a large 2 car garage. The only problem we had was the garage door code not working so we had to open and close it from inside and use main door. The communication was prompt and we were provided lots of helpful information prior to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay

Due to lots of traffic, it was challenging to turn left out of the condo location to drive to River Run. The online photos made the until look bigger than it actually was in person. The condo was super clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The private hot tub was fantastic!

Great condo.

Great condo. Parking was a problem because we had 3 vehicles. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. I could not find a way to park anywhere else legally. Unable to pay for parking on line and no one was available to help.

When we arrived on 12/26 the condo was incredibly hot resulting in a very uncomfortable stay even with all of the windows open for some relief. We were told the next morning when we called that it had been a problem in the past yet when we arrived it had clearly not been fixed. There was absolutely no relief for us until the temperatures outside dropped the next day and they sent someone back out to take another look at the faulty thermostat. We received minimal sleep the first night due to a combination of the excessive temperature paired with the outside street noise due to keeping the windows open for relief.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we take concerns like this very seriously. After carefully reviewing our maintenance records, the heating system and thermostats in this home had been repaired and confirmed to be operating normally prior to and during this stay, and our maintenance team did inspect the unit again the following day. There were no active heating malfunctions found at that time. On warmer winter days, residual heat in multi-level homes can occasionally make the interior feel warmer than expected, but we continue to monitor and service all HVAC systems closely. While we regret that the first night was uncomfortable, we did communicate with the guest after their stay to review the situation and offered a partial refund in accordance with our policies as a goodwill gesture, which they chose not to accept. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing comfortable, well-maintained accommodations and responsive guest service for all future stays.

Convenient stay for ski weekend

The place was very clean and nice. Close to mountain house and Peru lift which was super convenient. Hot tub was AMAZING but is close to the highway. If you want more secluded, I probably wouldn’t choose this place but overall it worked perfect for us. Check in is at 4:30 PM and I asked if we could check in early if it was ready and it would’ve been a 15 few for every hour before 4:30. I thought that was weird.. we’ve stayed other places where they don’t care if we check in early if the house is ready.. so that was kind of annoying. But we had a good time nonetheless
