Hidden Beach Villas 219 is a beautiful updated and refreshed 2nd floor studio that sleeps 4 comfortably. Everything has been redone from top to bottom. And the location puts you less than 300 yards from the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful emerald waters and sandy white beaches.

There's a queen bed plus the sofa pulls out to an additional queen bed. The villa features a well-stocked modern kitchen to prepare an amazing vacation meal. Or enjoy the large variety of restaurants across 30A. Grab a cup of coffee in the morning and head onto the balcony with views of the pool and beautiful landscaped grounds. You'll love your stay at Hidden Beach 219.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 219 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Good location and Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a family of four, our stay was cozy and great. Unit was just what we needed to enjoy our vacation. Location was right across street from beach with public beach access easily accessible with a nice boardwalk. Unit was a good size for our family. Kitchen had all supplies needed. Floors could have used a better scrub and bathroom could use more towel hooks or bars to hang bath towels, but overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent experience

We were looking for no frills, close proximity to the beach, close to restaurants, pool, and quiet. We found that at HiddenVillas. The accommodations were clean and well maintained.

Spring Break Getaway

The space has been completely remodeled on the inside. It’s modern, clean and fresh. We had everything we needed for our stay and were very happy with the space and location. Definitely recommend giving this place a try on a couples trip as it’s very loft like and there is zero privacy. A great space for our adult getaway.

Beautifully decorated condo

Great stay!

The location is perfect with beach access directly across the street. It’s a quick drive to the hustle and bustle of Seaside one way and The HUB and more the other, but it’s also nice to have a quiet place to come home to! This unit was great for our family of 4 (kids 8&4) ... nothing fancy, but certainly all that we needed!

Wonderful winter break

This property is very clean, it has everything we needed - close to the beach, walking/biking distance to restaurants. The only suggestion is to have hot water in the shower, especially needed during winter months. This is the reason I will give an overall score of 4.

Cutest place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here in Hidden Beach Villas 219. The only severe problem was our shower- it would not get hot. The other faucets in the unit would get very hot, but it’s like the handle in the shower wouldn’t turn all the way. Also, it would have been nice to have basic kitchen supplies, like cooking spray, coffee filters, and salt and pepper. Other than that, we loved our stay here.

We would have loved to resolve any issues during your stay had we been given the opportunity; remember, we are always here to help! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service when given the chance. As it relates to trashcans, there are trashbags in each unit in the kitchen, however trash is taken to the dumpster on trash days. We will share that feedback about the ice machine with the proper team. The pool was wonderful! Beautiful bathroom. Loved the balcony for relaxing. And the property was so close to everything! We’ve stayed on 30A for probably 20+ years and I’ve always wanted to try Hidden Beach Villas and I am so glad we did! The only thing that we questioned was the motion activated light above the kitchen area, but really it’s one room so it lights the whole place. We ended up covering up the sensor so if we had to get up in the night, or get up early, it didn’t wake the other up!

Love the Location, condo not so much

We’ve stayed at other hidden beach villas condo but this by far is the most run down and needs some updating. The place itself was clean but the carpet, floors and walls were dingy and stained. I couldn’t bare to walk on the carpet barefoot. The bed had extra padding so it was comfortable. The linens and towels were clean and the mgmt company provided the bare basic necessities. The tiny kitchen had bare basics. I would not stay in this unit again. My parents stayed at a separate unit and it was much cleaner and updated. Only the positive is the location is so close to the beach.

Decent place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I traveled for Memorial Day. Location of this place is amazing, beach access is right across the street. Other aspects did not meet expectations- we walked in to tortilla chips on the floor and dusty furniture. Clearly it had not been cleaned as through as promised. Other common amenities were not offered such as bikes, additional linens, or more than one role of toilet paper. Local was really the only good thing about this place, especially when we could have stayed elsewhere for the same price. Probably won't stay here again.

Long Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend our unit to anyone! We believed our unit was recently remodeled which was a nice surprise compared to the listing photos we saw. It even smelled brand new when we walked in! There was plenty of room for the two of us. Everything was in perfect condition. The location was very convenient to everything especially the public beach access right across the street. We only had two minor things come up. The first being that there was no remote for the TV. It didn’t ruin the trip, but would’ve been nice to have. The second was that the only overhead light was motion sensored. Any slight movement triggered the light to turn on which was a little annoying when we would roll over/ get up in the middle of the night. We reached out a few times to the management company and got no response or help to fix it. Again, it didn’t ruin our trip but was a slight inconvenience.

Lovely studio, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy check-in/check-out, reasonably priced, attractive furnishings, awesome TV. Just a few minor complaints:After checking in we discovered a few small red stains on the bathroom door and a bath towel. At first glance thought it was blood. It might have been lipstick. But why was it there?Shower door is only half the length of the shower so water doesn't stay contained to the shower...the floor outside the shower gets wet.There's a light sensor in the kitchen that comes on in the middle of the night when you get up to do anything (annoying) but while you're actually in the kitchen doing something, it goes off automatically before you're done (also annoying). Tried to adjust the light manually without much luck.The bottom fitted sheet on the bed wasn't the correct size so the sheet kept popping off and bunching up.There is ZERO place to hang clothes. No closet (except for the water heater closet, but no place to hang anything in there). I wouldn't have brought any hanging clothes had I known there would be no place to hang them.There is ZERO place to put soap or toiletries in the shower. Just one dinky plastic hook for a washcloth. I would have brought my own shower caddy had I known there was no place to put anything.Bathroom needs more places to hang towels in general.It's almost impossible to open the door going out to the deck. Door knob or latch is wicky wacky.I tried to get in touch with Benchmark to let them know these issues before leaving this review but no one ever got back to me.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room has a terrible musty odor. The carpet is dirty and should be removed. Upon arrival We found a half eaten hotdog and a water bottle under the bed. Candy wrappers were found under the couch. Poor housekeeping. We will not stay here again.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 219 served our purpose, but is long due for up grades. With limited electrical plugs,we had a difficult time using routine electronics and especially my husband's CPAP machine. The caulking in the bath is cracked and needs replacing.

good location, dirty, tired apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You couldn’t ask for a better location. Public beach access right across the street and bike rental next door. This place desperately needs an update and a really thorough cleaning. There was nasty black mold all over the bathroom walls. Management got someone over the next day to clean it, but honestly, how does that go unnoticed before a guest arrives? I requested to be moved to a new place under benchmark’s management but was never contacted again about it. Not impressed with the communication from benchmark, very disappointed in the quality of the apartment. Uncomfortable couch, dresser was literally falling apart. If you don’t plan on being in the room for anything but sleeping, it would be fine. Otherwise, maybe try one of the other Hidden Beach apartments. Maybe their owners/managers actually take care of their units.
