The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

There are lots of activities close by with popular Seaside just 1 ½ miles to the west and Rosemary Beach just a short drive to the east. Rent bikes and ride the paved bike path that runs in front of your property all along Scenic 30A, or rent kayaks or paddle boards and float on nearby Eastern Lake or out on the Gulf, if you prefer. There’s golfing, fishing, sightseeing and just about any fun beach activity you can imagine within the 30A community.
