Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the unit itself. We understand your concerns about the beach access and the limited space available for guests. While the access point and beach capacity are managed by the property association, we recognize how this can impact your experience. We appreciate your honesty and will share your comments with the appropriate parties to help improve future guest experiences. Thank you again for staying with us. Regards, Benchmark Management

Hi Rebekah! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're thrilled to hear that overall, you had a great experience during your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience of the delayed check-in due to cleaning, but we're glad to hear that our team communicated well and took steps to remedy the situation with a delayed check-out. Hi Lacy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We were happy to have you and are so grateful for your response. It is true the beach area right in front of building 6 has changed and it is limited space. There is a new location about a 3 minute walk down San Roy Rd. Right where Eastern Lake and the beach meet. There is more room at this location, and also the trolley to take you back and forth. We hope that helps with the beach in this location. We work hard each and every day to bring ours guests the best vacation experience. We can’t wait to see you again. Sincerely, Benchmark Managemen

Amanda, Thank you for reviewing your stay. We value your feedback and apologize that you found our messages too much, as we take pride in following up with our guests and ensuring that we provide quality and precise information about our properties and their location. Also, we will check out your reports on the mildew scent in the primary bedroom. Overall, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to host you in this bright, fun, and relaxing beach retreat. We anticipate your next visit! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Bethani, We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your recent stay at our property. We strive to provide the best for our guests and are saddened to hear you experienced some problems while on your trip. We truly apologize for the issues with the smoke alarms, but we want to assure you that we did break code. Since we were unable to resolve the issue with the current smoke alarms at the property, we uninstalled them and instead put a battery-powered smoke alarm on top of the fridge. We are glad to report we have reinstalled the smoke alarms and haven't had any issues since! We will certainly pass along your comment regarding the cleanliness and overall state of the property to the proper parties to ensure future guest satisfaction. We hope you choose to stay with us again at Benchmark Management, we would love the opportunity to provide you with a five-star vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management.

Hey Christina, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! We are so happy to know that you have enjoyed your stay at Beachside Villas 411! Your feedback regarding the complex is appreciated, as it helps guests get an idea of the area before booking. We do apologize that during your stay, the group above was a bit more active than usual. Hi Rachel! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the dishwasher, our records show the issue was reported about halfway through your stay. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for service and provided compensation for the inconvenience. We understand how disruptive appliance issues can be, especially during a longer visit, and we appreciate your patience while the repair was being addressed. The pool heater and some exterior maintenance in the complex are managed by the HOA, and while these items are outside of our direct control, we do communicate guest feedback to them when concerns arise. We also apologize if the exterior work around the patio occurred without clear notice, as that can certainly feel intrusive. We appreciate you mentioning the beauty of the beach. To clarify for future guests, the public beach access for this complex is within walking distance, though exact walking times can vary depending on pace and the route taken. Guest feedback is important to us and helps us improve communication and the overall experience. We wish you and your family the very best in your future travels. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your review! We are so glad to hear you and your group enjoyed your stay and found the home clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Eastern Lake and several great restaurants. We will share your comments with the homeowner and our maintenance team so they can evaluate these items and determine if improvements can be made to enhance the guest experience. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back for another visit soon! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Hannah, We thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review your stay. We apologize that we let you down in areas of cleanliness and that you were let down by the unit you chose, we always do our best to provide guests with a clean, inviting unit to check into for their vacation. We are always here to help and can be reached by phone, text, email, and chat when issues arise such as the pool code not working; we want you to be able to use all amenities you chose this property for!
