Susan, We want to thank you for returning for another beautiful beachside stay with us here in Seagrove! We do apologize for the inconveniences faced on your trip this time, as the ownership has recently changed at the Beachfront Condo you booked originally, but we are happy to report the new owners were finally able to get all such paperwork in order. We are happy to hear that the condo we relocated you to was just as pleasant and that you were pleased with the service provided to you by our team to resolve the matter. We can't wait to have you back for the experience you are accustomed to with us! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful location, the beautiful beach, and the charm of the surrounding neighborhood. It is great to know the condo met your needs and provided a comfortable place to relax. We appreciate your suggestion about adding more seating for movie nights, which we will definitely pass along. We also understand your concerns about the beach access rules and how they affected your experience. These policies are set by local beach authorities, and we agree they can sometimes be confusing. We are working to better communicate this information to guests before and during their stay to help manage expectations and minimize frustration. That said, we are so happy to hear you fell in love with the area, and we truly hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future; hopefully with smoother beach days ahead! Regards, Benchmark Management

Dear David, Thank you for your detailed review! We’re pleased to know that you felt confident booking with us again and that our cleanliness standards met your needs. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen items and will ensure our team addresses this promptly. We’re looking forward to hosting you on your next visit to the 30A area! Regards, Benchmark Management.

Thank you for your feedback Angie. We are truly sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay, as this is not the standard we strive to provide. We did take steps during your visit to address some of the concerns reported. In addition, we offered a partial refund for the inconvenience you experienced, as well as a discount toward a future stay. While we regret that this did not fully resolve the situation, please know that your comments have been taken very seriously and have been shared with our team so they can be addressed moving forward. Kind regards, Benchmark Management

Hi there, thanks for staying with us at Beachside Villas. We truly appreciate this review as it gives us the chance to make the necessary checks and improvements for a better beach vacation experience moving forward. Please note that although our physical office is closed on weekends, our guest relations team is available to assist via text, chat, email or phone call. We have our maintenance and inspection team as well to deliver reqested items and to make repairs where necessary. Our records do not show that yo experienced any issues with checking in, or system actually shows that you were allowed to enter the condo fifteen mintes early. We do apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness. Your cleaning remarks have been taken into account! Please know that customer satisfaction is our priority, it is always our aim to ensure guests have a lovely vacation from start to finish. We hope we can welcome you again to provide you with a much better vacation experience we know we can provide! Regards, Benchmark Management

Peggy, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. When an HOA (Homeowner’s Association) for a complex informs us of any work, our standard procedure is to let our guests that might be affected know. In that time of Easter is when that all took effect. We are very sorry for the miscommunication. This property did purchase a deeded beach for its owners and renters to enjoy just 3 minutes away. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with a great beach vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thanks for staying with us at this unit and for providing us with this review. Your feedback is truly appreciated. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a favorable experience with us. Please note however that the beach rules and rules of the complex are beyond Benchmark's control. Each complex is different and has its separate regulations for guests to follow. We are sorry to hear that the check in and check out process was stressful for you as we truly do our best to let this experience be a seamless one. We sent the guidebook a week prior to arrival as well as on the day of arrival along with the door code to access the unit. The check in is at 4pm; however if the unit was ready prior to then, we would have informed guests and provided atemporary code to use until check-in time. Regarding the pool and beach access and the wearing of wristbbands; as highlighted before; this is a requirement of the complex and is beyond Benchmark's control. They do however have this rule in place to ensure the safety of everyone and to ensure that random persons will not have access to the area. Your safety is our priotity! Regarding visitors not being allowed, we are not quite sure what happened during your stay and would love if you provide us with additional information as visitors are welcome at any of our properties. Our rental policy also outlines/highlights that guests are defineitely allowed as it states that the maximum number of guests for this property for casual visits is limited to two times the listed number of people the property will sleep. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid. Regarding construction, we do apologize; however if it was dangerous for guests the HOA would not have allowed us to continue renting for that period. We do hope we can welcome you for a better experience. Regards Benchmark Management

We are happy to hear that you found the recent updates on the condo and view pleasing. Sorry to hear about your experience with the smell of mildew in the unit. Being so close to the coast and the humidity of weather, this seems to be common in Florida. We, unfortunately, did not receive any communication about the issue during your stay and will forward this to the property manager for a full inspection. We would love for you to give us another chance to provide you with a great beach vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
