We are truly sorry to hear that your last night was difficult due to the security concern and the emergency alarms. We understand how unsettling and disruptive this must have been, especially in the middle of the night. We also understand your frustration about not receiving an explanation afterward from building security. Situations like this are handled by building security or management and are outside of our direct control. Alarms are sometimes triggered as part of precautionary safety protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. While evacuations are necessary in these situations, we sincerely regret the disruption this caused to your stay. We also wish this had been brought to our attention while you were still on property so we could have assisted you in real time and helped make things more comfortable.
