Located on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach, Peaches and Cream is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome that can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Located in the gated community of La Valencia, this home has all the amenities of home and is great for your upcoming family vacation.

As you enter the home into the living room, you will find updated furnishings, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, iPod dock station and ample space for your family gathers. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with glass top table and seating for 6 People. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing your family meals.

The main floor features a half bathroom and the first guest bedroom which has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and access to the private screened in porch. The outside patio has table and chairs which is great for outdoor dining.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with King sized bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The master bedroom will have a private balcony with chairs perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The guest bedroom is located across the hallway and will have queen sized bed, flat screen TV and also has access to covered balcony. You will also find a sitting area with queen size futon and TV - this is a great area for kids. The guest bathroom will have a combination shower and tub.

Other amenities of this home include washer and dryer, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi.

The home is situated in the gated La Valencia private community on Front Beach Road. It's a safe and quiet community with a lighted tennis court. La Valencia offers its own gated private beach access and a beach front pool exclusively for La Valencia guests. Beach access and pool are just a 3 minute walk from the home.

This home is only a 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Pier Park is located 10 minutes away which features shopping, dining and entertainment.

The property was nice and clean complete with the basics from sheets, towels, and kitchen ware. We did run into a glitch with the downstairs air conditioning not working and had to get strong in our complaint about it. However, after one night of sleeping with it broken and proving to the property manager that it was indeed not working, they sent a technician out and repaired it by late afternoon. The property was a good fit for our family of seven adults, not too crowded, privacy when needed, a large room for everyone to be together. While we did have to walk across the street to the beach, for us it was not a problem at all.

Not bad for the price
Pros- Excellent location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Enough interior space to comfortably accommodate a big family. The walls of this townhome are THICK. Our neighbors had several kids and we NEVER heard them inside. Beach was not overcrowded and we were there over the weekend in the middle of the summer. Just close enough to all the big attractions to get there quickly, and just far enough for peace and quiet when you want it. Love the screened in balconies at night. The limited towels and linens provided were clean. Definitely bring extra towels and linens or plan on doing laundry, which is mentioned in an email with reservation. Washer and dryer are great. Kitchen has enough cookware to do some basic cooking and plenty to serve food and drinks in (except bowls). Cons- The cleaning service could definitely do better. The floors still had sand on them and left our feet looking dirty. The bathrooms were pretty clean, but one had mildew. Found a few ants in the kitchen. We kept both the AC units set at 72 and the upstairs AC still froze up. We were gone all day, so outside doors weren’t opened (as the email warns against in the check in email). Called the “emergency” maintenance number, submitted a work order, and then never heard from or saw maintenance. Thankfully, the AC would thaw out and start working again for a while. Basically, if you’re wanting to stay somewhere and get the most bang for your buck, it’s reasonably priced and great for what you pay. The property management group are doing the owners a disservice by not responding to maintenance issues and inspecting how thorough the cleaning service is. Pro tips- The 3 ring binder in the living room has a helpful pamphlet about the neighborhood and HOA rules. In the back of binder is remote/ TV instructions. Also, driveway is shared and small, so you can use the office parking lot if you have more than one large vehicle. Regardless of the cons, we had a great time. Would recommend for beaching on a budget!

Nice Condo - Great Neighborhood
The linens could be upgraded, and it was very disappointing that we couldn't use the pool and hot tub on the premises. Visitors were limited to the Gulfside pool only. This was not as advertised & should be updated.

Worth every penny
Pro: gated community, private beach entrance, located on Front Beach Rd which is the main road for everything touristy, huge house, multiple beds, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.... I could go on and on. Con: house needs to be deep cleaned, mildew on bathrooms, pots, pans, glassware dirty with dried food, stained bedding 😳

We reserved the place then told we couldn't stay there
We weren't allowed to stay there. The property manager moved us to a less desirable location and charged us the same amount. No internet. No coffee pot. LSI is terrible.
