Very Convenient

Overrated

The overall appearance of the house was clean except from the overwhelming musty smell that hits you upon entry. A few of the issues that we encountered are as follows: 1) Ice maker did not work 2) Internet went down twice (working vacation) 3) very few kitchen utensils- No potholders 4) Large roaches throughout house 5) Main bedroom sink clogged & light over tub did not work 6) Main bedroom shower leaks through ceiling of outside balcony 7) Condensation leaks on top of your head while sitting in the living room All I can say is that we are thankful that this was a beach vacation and not much time spent inside this house. We will not be staying here again.

Steps from the beach

We travel to PCB frequently. This was a great property for our group. The parking was very convienient. It really helped to have 3 full bathrooms after beach trips. We would definitely book this one again.

Great House and Perfect Location

This house is very nice and has all you need. Close to the beach, 10 minutes from Pier Park and only 2 minutes to a grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel to it and the area is quiet and safe. Perfect for families.

Nevius Family Vacay

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB! The house was just steps away from our old beach house we owned years ago. It was like a walk down memory lane. The location is just perfect. Amenities of the house provided everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect bachelorette stay!

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette, it was a very lovely quiet neighborhood and the beach access is so close and convenient. Had to travel 15 or so minutes to get into actual PCB but it was fine. Only complaint is no fans in the room but no biggie :)

The property has a great layout and is close to the beach. Blue Swell is always to notch with their customer service. The only issue was there were several dead bugs near the sliding doors. No other issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

" furniture found at the dump rejected by Goodwill"

First of all, I just don't quite understand why there has to be a six number entry code. The entire stay I had to make sure that I had my phone on me so that I could pull up the app to look at the six number code. I'm going to start from bottom floor and work my way up. The bedroom to the left as you enter the home , the ceiling fan was missing its cord so the ceiling fan was inoperable. There was a continuous rattling noise coming from the air conditioning vents. My dad and his girlfriend slept in that room and they did not get any rest the entire trip. Kitchen, who puts a coffee maker that does not have a automatic shut-off button in a rental house? Living room, the rug , oh the rug, just throw it away. It had more stains than a stained glass window.The couch, My daughter sat on it Tuesday and was not found till Friday!!!! Literally pathetic!!!! Don't think about taking a bath because neither one of the tubs would hold water. Found pills on the floor in the children's bunk bedroom , along with a hair bow and a necklace chain. There is a outside grill and trash can. The trash can was full from previous renters. I'm doing this review in hopes that future renters will not have to experience this and I hope that blue swell or the owners of the home fix these problems.

Great location

I will say this is a great location and a great experience with the company I booked with. The downfalls of this property is the property itself. For the amount of money you pay and my family has stayed in five different homes in this neighborhood over The Fourth of July. This property needs a lot of work, The furniture was highly worn out, there was no water hose to be able to rinse down your belongings from the beach, The first night we use the oven and the whole downstairs got smoked out due to the oven never been cleaned. Once again this Property is in highly need of a renovation.

Like location. Needs work on the inside.

The blinds in the living room and master suite were all broken. Trying to sleep in the master with the street light shinning into the room was next to impossible. Pots and pans were not clean. Very limited selection when it comes to kitchen utensils. No plastic cups, Bowles, ect..etc... No lights in car port. Very hard to see at night especially trying to load/unload vehicles. Would NOT recommend leaning on deck railing. Not safe. Every night we saw cockroaches.

Quiet and comfortable

A perfect house just far enough from the busy strip. Grocery and other stores within minutes. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Nice home in convenient location

The house is nice with a good layout for all ages. We had from ages 6 to 80, and no difficulty. The living room furniture needs replaced or repaired. It is uncomfortable and broken down springs wheb you are stuck on those rainy inside days. Otherwise, the home overall was nice, clean, and had what was needed for a week vacation. Convenient to grocery and other shopping needs. The check-out process was unclear, or is actually non-existent. I replied to one of the texts I received from Blueswell when we left, but I don't actually know what I was supposed to do, if I was to do anything at all beside leave. The neighbors are also very friendly.

The people at Blue Swell was great (COCO) check in and check out was a breeze. There was a few issues with the house itself but blue swell took care of everything. we look forward to booking with them again soon.
