The perfect vacation home awaits you in this well-appointed ranch style home! You'll enjoy four bedrooms, including a second suite with attached living space and separate entrance. The clean, open eat-in kitchen highlighted by a large dining table, and additional seating for four at the kitchen island. Relax and kick back on the covered patio featuring a ceiling fan, patio misters, comfortable sectional seating and gas fire table while watching the golfers enjoying their round. Take a dip in the private, heated pool that sports a tranquil water feature and LED lighting, or unwind in the attached spa after a day of hiking or mountain biking on the nearby trails. Wireless internet access is available, as well as streaming tv. Whether you are looking for a quiet space to relax and unwind, catch Spring Training baseball, or play a round of golf, this home is perfectly located to enjoy all those activities and more! Located about 35 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and easy access to Scottsdale from the nearby I-10. Spring Training for the Cleveland Guardians/Cincinnati Reds is a quick 15 minute drive down the hill, and the PHX Raceway is even closer.

The surrounding neighborhood is filled with walking and biking trails, parks, playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, fishing, and picnic shelters with bbq grills.

TV's are located in the main living space, living space off the second suite, lounge room, and main bedroom

Spring training getaway

Second year staying at this house. Perfect for 4 guys (or 4 couples.) Great location to play golf and close to Camelback Ranch. Plan on staying here again next year

Great place for a trip

This was perfect for up to 4 couples. Responses from the owner was prompt and very helpful. Spotless- everything worked well. Pool area was great both day and night. Convenient to the golf course. Would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay

Robert and Kathleen very good hosts, they responded quickly when I had questions, and kept us updated regarding services at the house The home was very nice, although I wish there was a little more warmth and coziness with decor and furnishings. The clubhouse and golf course restaurants were very good, but limited on other eateries and shopping. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall I would recommend this home for future guests.

A very nice, new home with a terrific kitchen. Large bedrooms, nice furniture and no clutter.

Also, the swimming pool, spa and patio were terrific and well maintained. The homeowners were nice to deal with.

Amazing house and location

House was exactly as described. Owners were very accommodating in regards to pool and hot tub. House layout was perfect for our family. Very clean and had all of the amenities. We very rarely even had to leave the property. Took several walks around the neighborhood, which is beautiful as well. Perfect location for several spring training games and other events.

Well appointed beautiful property. Comfortable beds that are adjustable!! Sounds crazy but major plus for me. Managers easy to work with. Couldn’t find property manual but figured everything out.

Golf get away

We had a great time in and out of the house. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were awesome at the end of the day. Beds were nice. Kitchen well equipped. Kathleen was very helpful and gracious and quick to respond to messages.

beautiful home

This place was perfect in every way. We just spent new year weekend in this house and enjoyed every moment. The house is one of the cleanest aibnb i've rented so far ( i am a little ocd when it comes to cleaning) and for the first time in my renting experience i did not have to start my vacation cleaning the place. The beds are comfortable, the carpets clean and soft, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. The owners were easy to get a hold of , overall a very good experience. You won't make a mistake booking this place for sure...we'll definitely go back.

Perfect Vacation

We could not have found a better location for our vacation! We had three generations of family in the home and it was ideal. Grandma and Grandpa had the master suite, mom and dad had a private suite and the kids loved their individual rooms complete with jack and jill bathroom. The backyard is amazing! Plenty of space to lounge in the sun or on the comfortable furniture with the propane firepit. The pool and spa were the definite highlight for us. Having the option to heat the pool/spa was great for this time of year. The kitchen had enough of the basic items that we needed to make meals with the groceries we purchased. Watching groups of golfers come through on hole 4 was entertaining. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We walked to some desert trails and also there is a neighborhood playground one block from the house. We can't wait to come back!! Any questions we had were responded to within minutes by the owners. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

GREAT PLACE

My family and I took a trip to Goodyear, AZ all the way from CA for the 4th of July!!! Kathleen was such a great host, and was super fast with her responses to any questions I had. This is such a beautiful, brand new home that pleased at every turn. The pool is where we spent most of our trip! This house is HUGE!! This is the perfect place to stay in the summer or really any other time. The neighborhood is super quiet too. Highly recommend!!

Great Property

I can't rave enough about this property. It was brand new and clean. It was unbelievably spacious and decorated so nicely. Beds were great. Loved the pool, spa, fire pit, and the whole outside area including the view. It has so many nice amenities including the ability to park in the garage and excellent kitchen items. This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. Can't recommend it enough We didn't want to leave and we will would definitely return if we go to Arizona again. Small caveat is that it is a distance into Phoenix and the airport if that is what you are looking for.
