Thank you for your feedback and for noting the beauty of the property—we’re glad you enjoyed the home overall. We’re sorry to hear the pool and backyard cleanliness did not meet expectations during your stay. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and we understand how that could take away from your experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Please also be sure to check your text messages when you get a moment. -GoodNight Stay

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you found the home beautiful. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, and we have since addressed and resolved the lock issue. Regarding the pool heat, because the pool includes an in-ground spa and is exposed to outdoor conditions, the water temperature can sometimes feel cooler than the set temperature. Factors such as weather, overnight heat loss, and water circulation can all affect how warm the water feels at any given time, even when the heater is functioning properly. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback helps us continue to improve the experience we provide.-GoodNight Stay
