3 bedrooms with flat screen TV’s & cable in each bedroom (bring your own password to log in to Netflix, Disney or other premium channels we have) & the living room, 2 bathrooms, a private Salt water swimming pool with a little bench in the deep end , Filtered cold water in the fridge dispenser in our open kitchen, modern decor. 2 bikes to use (ride at your own risk as we are not responsible for you & you are liable if you take them out and they get stolen or taken-we have a small lock but suggest to keep it always in sight) WiFi, BBQ, stove, new dishwasher, outdoor fire pit, outside lounge area & other board & card games inside. It is part of the quiet and cool 1959 Mid-Century styled "Racquet Club Estates" neighborhood 5 mins from Downtown Palm Springs. The house has low maintenance desert landscaping and unobstructed mountain views from the pool/backyard. We have professional cleaners come in between guests using disinfectant and all cleaning practices.
We have a hammock under the big tree & umbrellas with rolling wheels to use. If it’s ever windy or before you leave make sure to close the umbrella and put the wheels stoppers on

You can park in the driveway or in the garage. There is a remote and button near the door. Make sure to pull your car all the way in before you close the garage door that goes straight down to avoid hitting your car so there is no damage to it or the garage door.

You assume all liability outside with our pool and cactus so be extra careful with your kids and dogs for any sharp plants & cactus. We are not responsible for anyone hurting themselves including our plants & fire-pit. In the hotter months, we suggest putting a towel on the lounge chairs over the aluminum part which can get very hot.

There is a $50 fee per guest per night over 4 guests that goes towards wear & tear/extra supplies and a $100 fee per dog. If you reserve with a certain # of guests, you must alert me if anyone else is coming before they come into the house. If house is left extra dirty or if you bring your dog & there is urine/smell or excessive dog hair, there will be an extra cleaning fee from your security deposit. There is a $25 fee per area if you do not clean up your dogs poop that my cleaners have to pick up. Auto door locks as we will provide a code for you to get in & lock the door when you leave so no keys needed. Check out all of our 5 star reviews.

Minimum Stay is 2-3 nights with min 3 night minimum stay & 4 night min over holiday/prime time dates. We still are available for Friday-Sunday or other two night stays at an increased surcharge rate. 2 night stays are possible in the summer mid week when there are only 2 nights available on our calendar.

Pool can be heated and is $50 for 9am-7pm) The pool heat is about 82-84 degrees. I will send you a money request after you advise how many days/times you want the pool heated and I need notice a day before.

Fire extinguishers located under the kitchen sink and under the bbq outside.
No smoking or drugs allowed in the house or backyard as this is a violation and extra cleaning fee will be applied from your security deposit.
Vrbo charges extra fees for any other fee requests through their platform
Keys are not needed as we have a keyless code entry at this time. If the door keypad is not working ,we will supply keys. Lost keys are a $150 fee as we have to change all the locks if keys are needed but we have installed door codes at this time.
