This beautifully decorated and updated villa is perfectly located within walking distance to Coligny Park, the Boardwalk, the new Heritage Park and all of the best shops and restaurants. The extensive bike trails run right by this small community and can take you anywhere. While not directly on the beach, this villa is a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful stretch of beach on Hilton Head Island. There is a dedicated boardwalk all the way to the beach across the road! Enjoy a lazy day at the beach, a cocktail and live music at the world famous Tiki Bar on the beach, and then spend a nice evening enjoying dinner at any of many great restaurants. A favorite way for our family to end the day is to get ice cream at the Ice Cream Cone and then have a lovely stroll back home. All without having to get in your car!

Tanglewood Villas is a low density complex that is shaded by live oaks and Palmetto trees. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool and lagoon. There is outdoor storage for your beach chairs and toys. Our first floor villa is a flat with all living space on one floor. The large deck overlooks a lagoon with a water feature. Relax on the shady deck which is equipped with a new hightop table and four chairs. There is also two other comfortable chairs on the deck. Inside, you'll find all tile floors, with no carpet. The beautiful kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and highend white shaker style cabinetry. The kitchen has a bar and opens up to the large dining area and living room. Stylish new furnishings in the living room include a new sofa and loveseat and new 55" smart TV. Of course the unit has internet as well. Off of the living room are two bedrooms and two baths, each with tiled showers. Both of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The master has a new 42" smart TV , a new bed and mattress and a great view of the lagoon. The second bedroom also has a new bed and mattress. A washer and dryer are located off of the hall between the bedrooms. We believe this is one of the nicest rental units available in the area and hope that your stay is a memorable one..

Great Condo and location

We stayed 2 weeks. 2 BR, 2 Bath Condo in great condition, and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with shops and Restaurants. View from porch of a pond and a water fountain was exceptional.

The location was exactly what we were looking to book. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza and easy drive to island locations. A very important plus was the unit was obviously very clean as it was noticeable as soon as you entered. Clean, well appointed, and great location translates to excellent.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at the property. Itā€™s close to the beach and plaza but still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. Yes, the plates are not microwaveable but they have lots of other dishes that are. I didnā€™t see a kettle but I just had to boil water the good old way, in a pot. Bathroom showers are small. My tall husband had issues with them but the kids (9 yrs and 12 yrs) and I were fine. The beach cart provided was a huge help! The only thing I wish was that the pool was heated. It is almost always in the shade so very cold in October. At least the ocean was warmer and my kids had a great time there. The sand was soft and flat. When the tide is out, the beach is huge with lots of tide pools to explore. When the tide is up, there is still lots of beach that you donā€™t feel crowded. We saw dolphins swimming by almost every evening at around 5-6 pm when we would go for an evening walk. Such a great sight! Thank you for a great holiday! I hope to be back soon

Great Vacation Spot!

We spent a week here with our two school aged children. The condo was exactly as described and was clean, cozy and well stocked with helpful items for our stay. The wagon provided for transporting items to the beach was especially helpful. The location of the condo is great. It is an easy, short walk to the beach, and walkable to several restaurants and shops in the area. We didn't have any issues or needs during our time, but I'm sure that if something came up, Keith would have been quick to respond and try to help. We would definitely come back in the future!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. The unit looks out onto a pretty pond and the complex has a very nice pool area. It has a great location. Very close to beach access and Coligny Plaza. Would definitely stay here again!

Last minute jewel...

It's that time of year again where we like to get a long weekend beach trip in for Memorial Day followed by my birthday. This time, I needed serious rest and sleep due to work, so we decided to look for a spot that had the entire week available. Quite a few came up but were too far from the beach, or some "other" thing didn't fit, and then we found this place. It was a 5-minute walk to a beach entrance, and less than 10 to walk for food etc. The place had everything we needed and would be happy to rent again in the future. My only FYI would be to anyone with lower back issues. Bring a full body pillow if you use one at home, and if you don't use one at home and your back hurts, why are you not using one at home? I had some pain each morning from sleeping but my wife was fine. I'm also attributing other factors that made it more pronounced so, you mileage may vary. Overall, from communications with the property manager, to checking and out, it was a breeze!

Not the cleanest; we found a pair of shorts between bed sheets which indicated the sheets had not been changed since the last guest. We also found used tissues under the bed. The people in the condo above us were very loud and kept us up 2 nights. Location was ok, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen had a lot of amenities that were useful.

Love the Beach

702 is a quick walk to the beach, Coligny, or just call the Trolley , a fleet of golf carts free of charge . The condo has beachy fibs with very tasteful decore.Beach chairs are not provided but we carried for years and now enjoy the umbrellas & chaises provided for a fee on the beach. Worth every penny. If your liking to cook all the utensils are there. From blender to wine glasses. Hilton Head is a beautiful Island with lots to do . Tanglewood 702 is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring .

Great vacation villa

The location was perfect! Close to beach and Coligny Park. Was very pleased to find the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking/eating. I loved having a washer/dryer. My only complaint was that the floors were a little dirty. Other than that, this is a perfect villa!

Nice place, great location

This is a really nice place to stay in Hilton Head. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The main living room is spacious and comfortable, and the TV is surprisingly big for a condo of this size. The master bedroom is large, and it was great having twin beds in the second bedroom so my kids didn't have to share a bed. We really only have two complaints. Although the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the plates and bowls are not microwavable. That made heating up leftovers challenging. The other complaint is that the showers are tiny. We could not bend over to wash our feet. The bathrooms are decent size, but the showers are not. That was a deal breaker for my wife. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The deck overlooking the pond is large and we spent a lot of time looking at the turtles and alligator.

We had a great stay. Keith was easy to reach with any questions we had. Our only complaint was that the showers were extremely small. Like smaller than my college dorm room small. Other than that the place was great, clean and in an awesome location for walking to the beach.
