Location was excellent. All the updates to the condo were good. Only issue we had, the furniture in livingroom needs to be replaced. Not comfortable and looked dirty. The rug in livingroom also needs to be replaced, looks very dirty. Overall I would recommend. We enjoyed our stay.

Family who travels to Myrtle every summer

Had a great time with the family. Enjoyed having the three bedrooms. Great condo to stay in. Beach was wonderful. Property was as pictured. Having laundry onsite was very helpful. Wish the unit had an air fryer for the nights we stayed in. The balcony was lovely off the master bedroom. Only thing we disliked was not having an elevator however, the offset of that is being in a building shared by fewer people. Loved the pool too.

Beach vacation

The location of this property is amazing, right on the water and the beach wasnā€™t very crowded. The place had plenty of room for us and our kids to be able to play. The only downfall is I wish beach supplies/umbrella provided was listed somewhere as we did not know that only umbrellas were allowed on the beach and our canopy was ticketed to be taken down. We couldnā€™t spend as much time on the beach as we wanted with young kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this unit for a family vacation. It had most of the amenities we needed (there was no elevator) - we were up on the 3rd floor. The RE was great helping us find a comparable unit. The church-in process was quick & easy - staff was extremely friendly! The view was beautiful. Direct access to the beach and a nice size pool as well. The rooms were spacious and the amenities made the stay feel very homie. The minor maintenance issues we had were addressed right away. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and had a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful 3rd floor condo with beautiful view

This condo was decorated beautifully with an awesome view. The island in the kitchen was awesome to sit around and have a snack or lunch. With that being said , the negatives that I had with this rental was minimum on the owner's part that impacted my R&R vacation in a maximum way. The beds were very, very uncomfortable beds. The sheets were like sand paper. The negatives on the managing company or rental company were as follows. Check in was quick, almost too quick. The lady was not friendly (she may have been having a bad moment/day). She did not inform us that there was specific parking for each condo. By the way, you are only allowed 2 cars per condo. (Keep in mind, this is a 3 bedroom condo. Room enough for 3 couples to share.) So it's a good thing my brother and his wife didn't come. We wouldn't have had a place to park their car. The condo need some serious cleaning and much needed repairs. The rails going up to the 3rd floor steps (be prepared to get some exercise) were dirty. I don't know how often they are wiped own, but they should be wiped down at least once a week. The pool area was rusted and dirty. The condo had an electrical plug cover broken and loose. Also there were broken or unused fan blades left on the balcony. The side of the refrigerated was left with dry food on it next to the counter. And the dishwasher had a strong odor when opened to place dishes inside. Overall, pleased but won't stay again.

Love the condo. Love the location. Very nice updated condo. Only bad thing we have to say about our stayā€¦.communication between realtor & maintenance is terrible! Apparently a work order was done by previous people who stayed in unit. Unknown to us, it wasnā€™t taken care of before we checked in. No one told us! We checked in on Saturday. Monday around 12:20, my husband & I hear 3 short knocks at the door. My husband leaves the kitchen only to meet 2 maintenance guys in the hall. Yes, they let themselves in. No one called or texted us to let us know. The older gentleman charged out a light bulb in the stove while the younger gentleman walks over, opens the refrigerator, sticks his hand in the refrigerator over our food. He shuts the refrigerator door and I guess the look on my face, he explains he needed a picture of the model of the refrigerator. He didnā€™t ask! Weā€™d gladly done it for him. No consideration for us and our food. I called realtor office and left my thoughts about their visit. Needless to say, it didnā€™t end there. They (maintenance) showed up again the next morning (around 10am). Again, no call nor a text to let us know. This time weā€™re not even up moving around good yet. The door to the condo is right beside one bedroom and across from another bedroom. Our son goes to the door, before they have time to enter. They had parts for the refrigerator (shelf). My son takes the parts, closes the door. Again I called realtor! For the rest of our stay, we used top lock!

We were able to get in a little early, which was amazing since we had our two year old who was VERY ready to get out of the car. The location is amazing. In a slower part of North Myrtle. We didnā€™t have to fight for beach space and itā€™s close to everything you need. We were slightly disappointed with the comfort of the beds, or lack there of. We didnā€™t do any excursions because we had our small child, but they offered a lot and when heā€™s older, we will definitely look more into them!

Perfect in every way!

Great location - steps to the beach, dining and activities. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything we needed. Loved that it was a small building - only 6 units - no high rise busy building. The pool was also great to have onsite. We were sad to leave.
