Private Pool Home, Walk to Beach

Located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac street in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach just a short walk away, go for a bike ride, take the kayaks to watch wildlife in the Banana River (the launch is just a couple blocks away), or just relax in the heated pool. Everything thing you need to enjoy the beach is provided, including a wagon to carry the gear.

The house is in a great location that's 2-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 1 block to the Banana River boat launch where you can kayak through channels between tiny islands teeming with wildlife. If you want to hit the gym, Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness is 1 block away and offers daily and weekly passes. Publix grocery store and multiple restaurant and shopping options are within 1 mile from the house. Cocoa Beach Pier is a 5 minute drive away and less than 15 minute drive to the cruise port.

This property is ideal for families or couples. Just shy of 2,000 sq ft, the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has a great open floor plan with split bedrooms (master on one side of the house and the other 3 guest rooms on the other side of the house). The yard is beautifully landscaped with a fully fenced in private backyard. The back doors open up to a screen enclosed patio with a heated pool.

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

From start to finish the host was amazing! Easy access to everything. Pool was amazing, they had bikes and kayaks to use. Beautiful stop and they kept you updated on rocket launches and reminders for trash day! 100% will be back and recommending all small family group to rent here! Something for all ages! My husband our 2 sons, their wives, my granddaughter and 2 friends had a wonderful time. Roomy house filled with everything we needed and then some. The pool was an A hit after a rainy day was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the pool

We had a wonderful time at the house, the bedrooms were clean and spacious, great Laundry room, with laundry soap, coffee pot, games, beach chairs, with the bird cage over the pool, it was great for swimming day and night, pool temp was about 89 degrees, just perfect temperature, definitely would stay there again, there were 8 of us,

Our stay was fantastic! We had a family of 4 and a family of 5, with young kids ranging 1-6. The pool was a huge hit and perfect for the older kids to enjoy while the babies were napping. Teresa was quick to respond to any questions and made the entire stay extremely easy. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back again.

Our home away from home

This is truly our home away from home. We always have a blast. The pool is a HUGE hit with everyone. The house is tastefully decorated, has everything we needed and is really peaceful. We absolutely love going there! The beach is only 2 minutes out by car and you can park there for free. We really hope to be back someday soon!

Perfect Post Cruise Relaxation

Could not believe how well everything was set up and provided for us during our stay. The house was so roomy for 7 people.. we loved the pool for relaxing and swimming, the kayaks were fantastic! We were able to see manatees 2 days in a row! That was a dream come true! Puzzles were fun, ping pong table, and all the pool toys! Perfect perfect perfect! Plus the box fans were an added bonus to each room

Just as advertised!

Had a family of 9 with 3 kids from 4-12. House was nice, clean, had ample towels, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. Pool was great for kids before and after beach. Short walk to beach, but there is a public park directly across the street with plenty of parking and a nice restroom facility. We drove there in 2 minutes. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Highly recommend

Cocoa Beach getaway

Our stay was perfect! The house was beautiful, in a great location, and our host was extremely helpful. The house comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, and anything you need for a fun day in the sun. It made our stay that much better because we didn’t need to worry about purchasing these items on our trip and ultimately leaving them behind. I would gladly stay here again in the future!

Great host

We had a great stay and appreciated the clear communication from our host. The pool was great, comfortable beds, and nice quiet neighborhood. Access to the beach is nearby. A couple of adults in our party walked to the beach as the parking lot was full, but it could get too far for young kids or carrying too many items.

Great family visit!

We stayed here as two families together and lived it! Close to the beach. The pool was so nice for the kids this winter. The kitchen window opened up to the pool area so we can easily keep an eye and communicate with the others in the pool area. Loved stayed here for the week. The host is also amazing at communicating, gave us tips and information through the trip for our family to enjoy! Thank you!!

Spacious and comfortable

My overall impression of this place is the neighborhood was great and the home was well laid out to give us the space that we needed. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and didn’t get to the beach at all, which was one of the primary purposes of choosing this place.That being said, we used the home a lot. We didn’t really feel it was thoroughly clean, some dishes not clean and the musty smell when walking in. There wasn’t enough silverware for even just four of us. The barstools in the unit were thrashed and left a poor first impression. We didn’t like that we were asked to take out the trash cans, feeling that that was not our responsibility. The safety of this house lacks for seniors ….there’s a sunken living room, which maybe the steps down could be marked in someway ? maybe the bathtub could have handles? These are details that maybe we should’ve checked out before renting.Check-in was great. Information was great. The host was responsive. The pool and yard were beautiful. Since we spent so much time inside, a couple individual chairs and lamps to just sit and read or relax, would’ve been awesome.!

Great Stay In Cocoa Beach

This home was both well laid out for our three generation family and had a charming beach theme through out, both inside and around the covered, heated pool. There was a thoughtful basket of savory snacks on the kitchen counter. Our grandchildren appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, along with games and children's books. The home is conveniently located close to beach access, restaurants, stores and entertainment activities. Highly recommend this property for anyone with a large number of guests looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Place is perfect just like the pictures. Very spacious beautiful backyard and super close to the beach. (10 min walk )Host even texted me to let us know we could catch a rocket launch which was awesome. We had never seen one before. Would definitely stay again.

Property was decorated very beautifully. Nice open floor plan. Pool and spacious backyard perfect for my 7-year-old granddaughter. Teresa was great to work with. She texted us to remind us when the rocket launches would be occurring so we could watch and she also provided a binder with restaurant suggestions as well as other things in the area that may be of interest. The one thing that is very important to me is the comfort of the beds which were quite comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beatiful home.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our group of 9. The house is well stocked with everything you need and also has an assortment of baby/toddler items. We notified the hosts of an issue with the dryer and they were very responsive and had the issue resolved same day. They even notified us of some upcoming rocket launches and we were able to see 2 during our visit. The entertainment is endless between the pool, bikes, kayaks, ping pong table, and provided beach gear. We had a very fun and relaxing stay.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family. It was exactly as presented and very clean. My grandsons loved the pool and all of the pool & beach toys. Every beach item needed was supplied and the wagon was so nice to carry it all. The owner kept us updated on scheduled space launchs and we were lucky enough to be able to view a sunrise space launch from the beach. It was amazing! I would definitely recommend booking this home.

Excellent Experience

This property was clean and had everything you could need, from baby necessities to beach toys to pool floats. They worked with us for an early check in and came to check out us and the property after the hurricane. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved this house!

We found the perfect accommodations for my 91 year old mother, and senior siblings. We each had our own rooms. The house was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. stahere again.

Family vacation

First visit to Florida and using rental property. Perfect size for our family of 10. However, having a third bathroom would have been better for our group of 10. Would have been helpful if there was information in the house about restaurants and things to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach and/or free parking was a plus. The swimming pool at the house was enjoyed every day.

My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 13 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our 2 young adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating a home that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

I live just 20 minutes away and available at all times for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your host, my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

We were looking for a 2nd house for family and friends and fell in love with the "beachy" feel of this classic beach house and the POOL! It was so tastefully decorated and furnished that we purchased the furnishings and decor when we bought the house.

There are many features to appreciate in our beach house. Starting with the unique beach decor, you will find many art pieces by local artisans including hand carved and painted tables and chairs and many one of a kind sculptures and paintings on the walls. We have many great amenities such as kayaks, bicycles, ping pong table, corn hole game, games and puzzles for all ages. Best of all is the amazing pool with the large paver patio. The large yard is private and beautifully landscaped.
