Welcome to our upscale, yet cozy Tahoe Vista home - just minutes away from the shore of Lake Tahoe!

This chic custom built family home was built by a local builder who specializes in fine woodwork and upscale log cabins. Our home is completely updated with gorgeous details, comfortable furniture, plenty of light, and tons of space for a family or a small group of friends.
Our location couldn’t be better! We are walking distance to Moon Dunes beach! We are also located adjacent to Tahoe Regional Park where you can hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, and more, right out of the front door.
The home is situated on two main levels. Enter into the foyer, and walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. On this floor you will find our fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, deck, and the master suite.
The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and enjoy each other’s company. We have a large leather sectional couch, a fireplace, a TV, and even a chess table! The living room walks out onto a deck with stairs down to the backyard. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.
The cozy master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an updated shower and soaking tub.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, another living area with a couch and a TV and an additional bathroom. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with access to the outside. The second is the ‘kid’s room’ with two twin trundle beds. The common area down on this floor has a comfortable couch and a Smart TV.
Guests will have access to the garage during their stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home.
PLACER COUNTY RULES Placer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to the home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below (which are also included in the listing's photos and posted in the home).
* MAXIMUM OCCUPNACY: There shall be no gatherings, events, wedding or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the listing.
* PARKING: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats and trailers must be parked in the home's designated parking spots.
* QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
* LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.
* RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal BBQs and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winders, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility (the guest) to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

A wonderful live/work/play get away
Our family consisting of our three adult children were able to create a “work from home” and play in the mountains combo trip. This home was perfect for us. We cannot recommend it more!

nice house. great living space. nice kitchen.
My only suggestion would be to change the bedding in the kids' room. It's all pink and girly.
Other than that a great place to stay. We will come back.

I have two girls and we love spending as much time as possible there in the summer and walk to Moon Dune beach! We hope that you enjoy the beauty of our home and peace of Lake Tahoe as much as we do!

Gorgeous property located in desirable King's Beach/Tahoe Vista area of Lake Tahoe. You can walk to the beach, hike, bike, and snowshoe right out of the front door, and you are only a short drive to a number of other activities, like skiing!
Our family home is the perfect place for families or small groups of friends to relax and enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
We have 3 large, comfortable bedrooms with updated bathrooms. Our living room enjoys tons of light. Melt into our large luxury leather sectional, warm up by the fireplace, watch TV, or sit out on our deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The updated kitchen has marble countertops, and we offer tons of supplies to cook a meal at home!
This wonderful property is great all time of year. We look forward to hosting you!
