NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE 6/23/2021!
The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE. C

Latitude 29 is a family oriented small beachfront complex located just steps from the white powder sand and beautiful emerald gulf waters. If you come to the beach for tranquility and relaxation, Unit 3 at Latitude 29 is an excellent choice. You will love the beauty and quietness of its location and the nearness to all Latitude 29 amenities.

Unit 3 is the only unit with two bedrooms. Well-known local architect Cary McWhorter designed the unit, which was completely restructured and reconfigured to create an open modern design and family oriented floor plan.

The ocean is your backyard and Unit 3 is located on ground walk out your sliding door to enjoy the beauty from your lanai or to sit at the sea wall. It is steps to the beach. A large covered grilling area is conveniently located nearby. Other amenities include a pool, kiddie pool, spa, or enjoying what is acclaimed “the best backyard on the beach.” Everything is within easy reach from the condo.

CONDO HIGHLIGHTS
The contemporary designed kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an island cook top with stainless steel hood.

The living room area has a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, new queen size sleeper sofa and chair, comfy recliner and custom drapes.

In the hallway is a seven-foot custom built-in desk/office area with power strip for your computer(s) and shelving for storage.

The Master Bedroom has a custom built king size platform bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds and has an en-suite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. Mattresses in both bedrooms are topped with 4 lb. memory foam for comfort and are encased in high quality allergy/bug protection. Both rooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players.

No pets allowed. Cable and Wi-Fi are included.

Helen Phillips is always responsive and accommodating. Her units are well maintained, supplies are complete and appropriate, and housekeeping is perfect. We rented three of Helen's beach level units (in addition to 3 others) for our annual Thanksgiving trip with 30 family members, and there is no better place for us.

Love Latitude 29!

If you want that home town feel, on the beach, at PCB, this is it. Small, non high rise is the draw for us. Pool is never over crowded, kids love the kiddy pool, and I can feel the stress melt away in the hot tub at night. Ready to go to the beach? 10 steps and you are there! No mile walk or crossing streets. Guests are kind and low key and you can always make new friends. Safe space, feel comfortable letting our 14yr old come and go from the pool/beach/condo without having to be with her. Want to get in on the PCB Action? You can drive a short distance to the "crazy," have great food, shop, ride gocarts, etc then drive back to the peace and calm of Latitude. We will never stay anywhere else.

Perfect Beach get away

Now I have a grandchild and the set up is just perfect for a calm vacation. The unit open right up to the backyard and the pools and beach are all right there. We love that. We do like this unit because it is a Bedroom and an actual bunkroom. We will be back. Everything was perfect. We needed a broom. There is a small cordless vacuum but it was impossible to get everything all the floor. Also, A larger full-length mirror would be very nice too.

Fall Break Week

Well cared for property. Unit was perfect size for my family- husband and I and 3 small kids. Super convenient, few steps to the beach. Pool great, also has a baby pool! The owner communicates very well! Highly recommended!

It was great i love your condo

Girls Big Dog Vacation-Year after Year

The main housekeeper we saw and she is so very nice and caring. The condo is nice, we so appreciate the washer and dryer and two bedrooms. The mattress on the twin bed, lower bunk is actually quite comfortable. It is a bit outdated but i hear that it will be updated soon with an ice maker as well. Tess is absolutely amazing and cares very much for the property. Would recommend Latitude 29. We now go to dinner down toward Seacrest, Rosemary Beach etc. Very good places. U

My vacation

Would have liked to see the heater turned on for a bit, also the hot tub was down 5 of the days we were there. The gate that lead down to the beach was not working properly and would not open at times, which was very frustrating! As soon as we arrived we were meet in the parking lot by the property manager asking where our parking pass was! We explained we had just arrived! Not the friendliest way to be greeted just arriving! Many quest were complaining about the way the property manager would approach you about a parking pass as you arrived. Just seemed like she could have approached in a friendlier way. Also while we were there heavy rain brought water up to bottom of our patio door and actually came inside the trac of the door. We were worried for awhile the condo was about to flood. I believe a pimp was out of order on the property. Over all we enjoyed the condo. The pool, hot tub left a lot to be desired!

The change of using outside sources to rent rooms for good or bad, really determines who you use. I highly recommend Helen Phillips because she responds, acts, and makes sure your vacation is great! My Brother dealt with another company and was very upset with their service and lack of responses. The Latitude is awesome and cozy. No elevators and everyone knows everyone by the end of the week because it is just a good family atmosphere with grills, a pool, hot tub and quick and easy access to the beach. Helen is great. There is always the possibility of something going wrong with a room but with Helen, she will get it fixed asap or get your issue resolved.

Love Latitude

We have been staying at Latitude since 2010 for Thanksgiving, and every summer since our kids were little. We love it there. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Perfect location!

This property is fantastic because it’s on the beach! It’s super convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This unit is nice to have the bunkroom closed off as a separate room - which was perfect for our teenagers. Well-equipped and updated kitchen.

Our favorite spot but needs some work

We just finished our 17th year at this spot. It’s convenient & family friendly & the ease of the location is top notch. However, now that Latitude 29 no longer has onsite management, the overall property appears in decline. There are only 2/3 of the chairs that used to be available for families to use near the pool & patio areas. The ones that are there all have broken straps & some were even taped! The grass has not been taken care of and there are bald spots in many places. The boardwalk areas where you rinse your feet are full of sand as you enter the pool area; hence getting sand in the pool. Those areas used to be hosed off multiple times a day when there was onsite management. There’s also an ant problem around the umbrella tables. There are little biting ants when you’re trying to sit and relax with your family. Again, that would not be an issue if there was onsite management. As far as the unit itself, it’s our favorite in the complex. The AC worked GREAT this year! The kitchen is pretty decently stocked with cooking items. However, the ice maker does not work AT ALL. And a mere 4 old school ice trays are all you have available for use which is unacceptable. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable which is a plus. However, with multiple light bulbs burned out in the master bedroom AND bathroom, it’s hard to see much less put on makeup. The master bathroom sink is also clogged. Will we return? YES! But please add onsite management back!

Great beach spot

Proximity to the beach is second to none. However, could use some refreshing. Resolution of the unit owners, on site, harassing renters needs to occur. Overall, great experience with a great group of friends.
